Great location for a family tourist vacation

Great location with a great view of the Sydney Harbour from the pool on the 23 level. Walking distance to. Circular quay and along along with that food joints and tourist sights

The place is within walking distance to Circular Quay and The Rocks. Too bad our room is not as shown in pictures when booked, as only Sea View is facing the sea (Harbour Bridge and Opera House)...

Good family accommodation, well located

Right next to the Shangri-La and Four Seasons hotels, more comfortable for a family and more relaxed. Service was a bit hit and miss but worked well overall. Concierge was very helpful and the hotel type services better than expected. The rooms were quite small but adequate, the "city" view was a bit limited due to other buildings close by but still nice. The plumbing was noisy when other guests were running water for a bath or shower. Overall we were happy with our stay of a week, though the absence of nearby shops (except for rip-off "convenience" stores) limited the value of the cooking facilities. We would happily stay again.

Nice hotel for family

Very very nice hotel! Perfect location, stunning view! The only question is that some aging facilities need to be updated, like washing machine and dryer. I strongly recommended for family stay.

Good except for small bed

Location was excellent and overall room condition and service staff were good. Only complaint is that the queen size bed is too small for a couple and we felt very squeezed sleeping in. Took us a while to get used to it and sleep. Otherwise the hotel was good.

3 star hotel with 5 star location and view

Hotel service, food and amenities don't match location. Hotel is advertised as 5 star. Food was below average and hotel was understaffed and not well maintained overall. Pool and gym were very poorly kept. Kitchen staff was not properly staffed for breakfast and was always cluttered and a bit dirty. Food quality was poor compared to 5 star quality. The room was very nice and offered great space for a family. It's location is the best selling point for the hotel.

We had a terrific room and view. After a busy awesome wedding of our Son in the Southern Highlands, this was so nice to come to especially as we only had a couple of days left. The staff were terrific and helped a lot with a slight wifi issue for my husband’s business call. We will be back! OUR ONLY CRITICISM: The limited room service menu on Sun and Mon It urgently needs a soup plus maybe a chicken salad and club sandwich.

Good location

Was a great location for all to see in the city, we also had an amazing view of the harbour, Opera House and bridge. Unfortunately our apartment had a very nasty smell that even with air fresheners and windows ajar didn’t seem to help. The hallways on that floor seemed to have the same smell !!

The veiw is great but the rooms are a little out of date and need some touch ups. Have stayed there 4 times now and has been good, a bit upset they don’t have 24hr room service any more as the last orders are 9pm and a 4 hr window for lunch.
