Ok as a stopover

This was a last night stop for us before flying home. The young lady that checked us in was helpful and friendly. The property is in a great location. Overall the facilities while reasonably maintained are ageing. The rooms themselves are functional but very sterile; as a stopover it's fine but as a destination it's a bit depressing. Some colour, freshening up of the rooms, an in-room coffee machine would make this a much better property.

Location was perfect. Few mins walk to central station and many eateries around surrey hills. Housekeeping was terrible, an absolute disaster. Bathtub wasn’t cleaned, bath amnesties not restocked. Air conditioner kept tripping and clothes dryer wasn’t hot enough.

Comfortable but not perfect

Kettle was rusty, hot water supply was erratic, utensils are a little old with incompatible lids, airconditioner a little noisy. Other than that the rooms and furnishings were comfortable, nice neighborhood.

Great value stay

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment, the furnishings and the comfort of the hotel. The bathroom of the initial apartment I was checked into was in desperate need of maintenance and when I bought this to the attention of reception, they shifted me to another apartment without fuss or hesitation. Rest of the stay was great and would happily go back.

Great location but not dirty apartment

The hotel staff kept forgetting to replenish our bath towels. We are staying there with 3 young kids and had to keep requesting for more towels. The bath tub was not cleaned, which was apparent from the strands of hair left on the tub throughout our stay. The plates and cutlery were also not clean and had food stains on them. The additional bed for my daughter was awful, with the springs sinking in the middle. Cleanliness is definitely an issue for Adina. But the staff members were generally helpful, polite and prompt in their service.

Great value, perfect stay!

From check-in to check-out was seamless and easy. Staff were lovely and helpful. The 2br apartment was clean, spacious, updated, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We were able to cook a family meal with no problems. The local area was a great location, though parking can be tricky. There is no in house streaming services on the TV (smart TV) however, that was not a problem. There were two well equipped and ample sized bathrooms. This price was similar to the Wollongong Serviced Apartments, however there is no comparable quality. The Adina Apartments in Surrey Hills outshines in every single way.

Very nice well maintained property with thought through amenities and great customer service. I would definitely stay with them again and recommend to anyone. A lot of dinning options around, easy access to public transportation, groceries near by, green, quiet ( except for parrots chirping 😁), walkable distance to the city centre.

Fabulous location with fabulous staff but felt that the property / our room could do with a refresh - hallways were dark and had an unpleasant smell which detracted from overall ambiance. Room amenities could’ve been improved (no hangers in wardrobes). That said, the room rate was excellent for a fabulous location in Surrey Hills.
