5th stay there over the last 5 years. The town square precinct is a shadow of its former self….Asian Spice closed, bottle shop closed etc. Accomodation was fine but the rooms are starting to show their age (wall chips, cracks etc). Facilities/amenities all there, Bed was one of the more very firm one I have slept in during many travels. Overall very ok

Unit on the 13 floor had not long been refurbished and was very pleasing to stay. All new equipment in the kitchen and a walk in shower. The week long stay was very relaxing

The location and the property was excellent. Often having an apartment hotel there is nothing near to buy basics to use in the apartment. In this case a general store was a 2 minute walk across the court yard, a bog plus.

Excellent apartment - my only problem was there was no folder of information eg local restaurants, times to come back at night, and there needed to be info on how to get the tv working - you had to change the source to htmi2 to get reception - lots of people wouldn’t know that!

Apartment location was fantastic and cannot fault. However the ordinary part of our experience was the late check in which took over half an hour to sort due to poor communication from the venue. They were supposed to leave our keys in a lock box however there were no instructions on how to access or who to contact. After many phone calls and about 30 mins later someone turned up with our keys.

A fancy facade but that’s where it stops. Once we got to our room we were greeted with a dirty worn out room. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long with questionable residue on the floor and the kitchen area was filthy. Pool area was closed, the bar and cafe were closed. Would have been nice to know prior. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I think this is warranted. View of the river was nice and the ferry stops right out the front. I was called before check in and walked through the check in process which I appreciated however when I raised concerns with reception about the state of the room there was little concern. Wasn’t the best choice of venue for our anniversary weekend unfortunately.

Our weekend getaway was great. The hotel was lovely and quiet and very clean. My only issues was there was no plug for me to relax in the bath and the unit next to us were smokers and the smell wafted into the hall and we couldn't have our balcony door open.
