Convenient location to the trams and shopping areas. The rooms were clean. Patchy Wi-Fi though. The creaky floors from neighbouring rooms can be heard and they sounded like someone else is in my room.

Right in the middle of Melbourne CDB

Great location for shoppers. Everything is within walking distance. Next to free tram stops. Hot water shower needs some sensitive hands to adjust the tap. It’s either too hot or too cold

Great location

Stayed one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived early at 12+ and managed to check in to the room. Room is small but cosy. Location is a huge plus point. Will certainly return.

Convenient Location and accessible

Indeed this location is ideal and convenient to get around CBD area and also outbound to all the sight seeing locations as it is near Flinders St station, tram lines, etc. i.e..it is a transport node. Car rental is also nearby.

Convenient location, right next to a crowded dining location. Easily accessible to trams and trains nearby. Love the interior decoration of the room and condition of room was better than average.

Cockroaches

My room was infested with cockroaches. Big ones, small ones, in between ones. so many species. The small ones mainly in the kitchen which stank of cooking fat. Big ones in the bed. I want my money back.

Punthill at Finders Lane

Good location. Staff is very understanding & allow us to check in on our arrival at 8am as e room is available. Been to other hotel before even they have e room we still have to wait till check in time. We don't need to whip up any meals as the lane beside the hotel is available 24 hrs , on e main strret Subway is also open 24 hrs. You never get hungry! Will be back to stay for my next trip.

Short stay in the CBD

Great location for a short stay in Melbourne. So close to the main shopping strips and there is an array of food choices immediately outside the doors as well as nearby. It’s a quick walk to the NGV, Federation Square and Flinders Street station. Trams are also close by. The room itself was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. The only downside is that it’s a bit dark as we faced another building and there is a little noise coming from the nearby bars downstairs however it was not noticeable in the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful to our requests. I would recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here several times and the property needs a make over now. The table in our room had the edges peeling off. The carpet in the corridor is buckled. Beds are comfortable and we love staying here. Just need a repaint and upgrade in the bathrooms generally.Also the tv does not sit in the cabinet well and can topple off.
