Lovely hotel with kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities located close to the train and bus station. The hotel’s location made this a great base for making day-trips to surrounding areas. Walking around Takayama itself was also a breeze. Front desk staff were always super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and tidy. Check-in and check-out process was efficient. Housekeeping options were brilliant – loved the choices that we had as well as the method of communication (attaching one of three magnetised signs to the door).
