Spacious and close to beach

My family of five had a 3 bedroom apartment with a big living room and a huge balcony. It was clean and comfortable. There was one cushion on the couch that was damp, but we just put it aside. We had no direct contact with any staff, but we did not encounter any problems anyway. The location was good - near a beach and lots of cafes and a supermarket. Parking was adequate though the ramps were narrow and needed careful navigation to avoid scraping against the corners. The lift was horrible, though, and always came to a bone-jarring stop. And we could not find any stairs up from the lobby.

Beach side apartment with easy access to shops

Stayed a week and it was really comfortable and convenient place to be. The apartment faces North-East and has a great part of the ocean in view. If only we were on a higher floor and we'll have awesome ocean view. Secured parking came in useful when we needed to rent a car. Lots of nice restaurants, bars,café and convenient stores just stone throw away. Will definitely return again the next time we are visiting.

Good location in Coogee

The size of the 1 bedroom ocean view was great and so is the location. Should highlight that office is closed on Sunday and explain the checked in procedure should one arrive on Sunday

Great on weeekdays

Nice place nice location. Lovely large apartment heaps of space. Advertised as access to a pool but there is the sea pool down the road. Incredibly noisy but it was Australia Day weekend. Cafe over the road had music unbelievably loud.

Read some very negative reviews of this property. Not justified in my books. It's not luxury accommodation and its furniture, fittings and amenities, while functional, are a bit dated and could use refreshing/replacement... but it's family friendly and close to the beach. My family enjoyed the stay and would book again.

The location is incredible and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. The Coogee View side can get quite noisy on the weekends.

Location great- condition of apartment horrible.

Carpet was filthy, the couch had a huge rip, paint was peeling off the ceiling in both bathrooms, molding was left unfinished with sharp edges at the entrance of the kitchen, bathroom tile had mildew- overall the apartment was filthy. I wouldn’t stay there again due to the condition of the apartment. The location was great.

Great to stay in this area of Sydney for a couple of days. Older style property but clean and tidy. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment and bus right outside the door to the Randwick races. Plenty of dining options around. All around good value.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely spacious. A few carpet stain issues. Maybe a cosmetic lift in regard to the bathroom and painting. More cushions on the lounges and additional bedding eg blankets
