Love this place!

I have stayed here many times and it is my favorite hotel to stay in while in the Chelsea neighborhood. The staff greeted me with a "welcome home" (I haven't been able to get back there for nearly three years!), arranged to have me picked up to the airport, driven around the next day, back to the airport, and even found a place VERY close to the hotel where I could get my covid rapid test for my return to the US.

Fabulous!

I love the place, I love the room, I love the staffs! Except during the night and morning I heard some Big Bang sound to shut the doors. Everything including lobby and the garden was comfortable and relaxing. Be sure to be back!

Hotellet er efterhånden lidt slidt, servicen stadig super - god morgenmad, savnede dog champagnen kl 18, som i december var erstattet af "mullede wine" Ellers alt ok

Location was great! Very cosy hotel, but I would probably. not rate it 5 star. Breakfast was not good, and it was annoying that the night portier on several occasions made us wait outside in the cold for quite som time before letting us in.

赤い外観のホテル、と思っていくとその周辺みんな赤くてちょっと迷いました。入り口はドア横にある小さいボタンを押すと開けてもらえるシステムです。 ホテルは綺麗で静かでイギリスに来たなと思える内装のホテルです。スタッフの方々も気さくに話しかけてくれます。(英語のみ) 私はシングルを予約したのですが、エクスペディアかホテル側かの事情で何故かダブルでした(キッチン・選択教科付きで広かったです) 英語が苦手でちょこちょこ分からなかったのですが、冷蔵庫の水は追加料金なしでした。 唯一、部屋の温度は調整不可でちょっと寒かったです(10月の寒くなり始めだったので、日本人には寒くてもイギリス的にはまだ暖房の季節ではなかったのかも) かわいいクマちゃんが部屋でお出迎えしてくれる素敵なホテルで、おすすめです。

I love staying at The Draycott every time I am in London as it has become a bit of a "second home" away from home for me. The staff is incredibly friendly, always helpful, and there is a level of service rarely experienced in travel these days. The rooms are charming and quite comfortable with all the amenities one needs. Breakfast is terrific and the extra touches such as afternoon tea, and champagne in the evening make The Draycott a true gem.

Expediaの特別な値段設定のお陰で、いつもより5000円ほどの予算を加えただけで、これ程のハイレベルな素晴らしい滞在経験が出来て感激しています。 先ずは、重いスーツケースを当然の様に笑顔で助けに駆け寄るホテルスタッフにホッと一安心し、心地よい大きな椅子に座りながらチェックイン。 見上げるとアンティークなシャンデリアと大きな肖像画が高貴な笑顔を讃えています。 お部屋は多分ホテルの中で一番小さな屋根裏のシングルルームですが、とても素敵でした。ピーターパンの作者であるJ.M.Barryの名前が付いたそのお部屋には、ゆかりのオールドプリントなどが額装されて雰囲気を盛り上げていました。 その日はとても暑い日でエアコンが本当に助かりました。 4:00にお茶の時間、6:00にシャンパン、9:30にはホットチョコレートの時間があり、外出しなくてもホテルだけでイギリスを満喫です。 インテリアもハイクラスなNina Cambellです。 ホテルのお庭には人なつこいリスが居て楽しませてくれました。 スローンスクエアの街が持つハイセンスなムード。 どのスタッフも、いつも笑顔で、「お家に居るように」がモットーです。 本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。そして人生での大切なものも学ばせてもらいました。
