Agradable estadía

La habitación amplia y la limpieza era diaria con cambio de toallas y artículos de aseo. La playa queda a los pies del hotel pero te cobran 100.000 dong si quieres usar las reposaderas. El desayuno buffet bueno. Los alrededores hay gran variedad de restaurantes.

Good all round hotel

Long Beach Resort is in good location and has decent facilities, stayed there 3 nights on room only basis so cannot comment on breakfast.Our room was in the newer section of the building and had a good sized bed and bathroom, only downside was the doors that can link the rooms for families, they let too much noise from adjoining rooms through and vice versa. Hotel has a nice pool and easy access to a lovely beach, it wasn't busy on our visit so plenty of sun loungers available both poolside and at the beach. Beach bar/restaurant was good and inexpensive. Staff were very helpful and informed us of local attractions upon checking in and later as required, motorbike hire was made easy from here also. Wifi was available throughout the resort and was of a good standard. Overall a nice place to stay for the price paid and facilities available.

Very Good

Staff was courteous and for the most part spoke English. Resort and rooms were very clean. Stayed in an ancient room which was phenomenal. Beds were hard and unfortunately not the most comfortable, but passable. Pool was clean as was the beach. Plenty of umbrellas for lounging. Only complaint was the noise from construction on the new resort next door which went into the night. Property also had roosters that loved to crow starting in the very early am. Other live stock included barking dogs and cats who would join you for a meal. Rented a motorbike from the property at a very reasonable price. Also, the resort partners with a high end spa within walking distance and offers a 15% discount. All in all, very satisfied. Loved my stay and would go back for the beach and pool.

Great location on Long Beach with beautiful views of ocean and sunsets. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to many restaurants. A relaxing place away from the hustle and noise of HCM Coty.

A good value on Long Beach

Our stay at Long Beach was good. The rooms are really spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is really nice and leads down to a spacious beach which is close to a few beach bars. It's a nice place to relax for a good deal. The food at the resort is also not a bad price and there are a few good options for cafes and small restaurants nearby.

Dommage que la plage privée de l'hôtel soit si sale et encombrées de détritus plastique, verre et bouteilles. Par contre le personnel est fort aimable et serviable. il est regrettable que personne à la réception ne parle le français. Nice hotel, staff helpful but no French understoo

The hotel is ideally located and very well kept. The staff at the reception Is exceptionally helpful. However, sad there is no one with French in the team and no leaflets, nor info exist in French. The staff is trying its best using modern online translation app, but besides it is often not clear, it gives the impression French speakers are not welcome., The beach should be cleaned better and litter removed from the sand and the lotus pond .

리조트 규모는 크지 않아 편한 점이 많았습니다. 허지만 조식이 특별히 안좋았습니다. 전문 요리사가 없는 것 같네요. 쌀국수 육수는 인스턴트 라면 맛이고 계란 오믈렛을 요리하다가 표면을 씻지 않은 계란을 통째로 빠트렸는데 다시 꺼내서 그 계란 물로 요리해주더군요. 받아서 안먹고 버렸습니다. 조식 메뉴도 바뀌지 않아요. 객실 크기는 괜찮은데 창문이 없어요 아주 큰 단점입니다. 하지만 시내에서 가깝다는 큰 장점 롱비치가 바로 프라이빗 비치라는 장점도 있습니다

This property is in a great location with a very long walkable beach The pool is amazing and there are lots of beach loungers but they fill up fast so grab one early in the morning The breakfast buffet was also very very good I would totally recommend this property

En oas i ett hektiskt land

Wir hatten eine der Ancient Suite für zwei Übernachtungen gebucht. Dass das Hotel momentan neben einer Baustelle liegt hatten wir bereits vorher in den Bewertugen gelesen und waren deshalb darauf eingestellt. Wir haben uns zwei Motorräder im Hotel ausgeliehen und die Insel tagsüber erkundet. Das Ausleihen ging problemlos und die Motorräder waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Strand. Das Frühstück war gut. Besonders gut hat uns der rustikale Kolonial-Stil der Suite gefallen.

Interesting Island & Great Hotel

The staff were lovely during our stay, and the free airport transfers a nice touch. A little more of a local guide to the island (which is really interesting) would help to improve, but otherwise, a great place to stay on an interesting island. The "ancient" room was gorgeous, and the soaking bath a welcome treat on a rainy afternoon (it was monsoon season after all!).

Old, dark and not a luxury resort

Stayed here for 5 nights in the end of April in one of the ancient suites. Sorry to say this was not an amazing stay.. Barely ever saw any personell, no one to make you feel wanted and welcome while there. The bar was completely dead, and at the pool/beach we only saw 2 other visiting parties. (same with breakfast) The room: Looking good, but really dark and outdated. It was completely open in the ceiling out from the bathroom to the main area, privacy is impossible. Bathtub dirty, unable to take a bath. Horrible beds, really rock-hard, they don't change the linens either so we found animal feces from gecko's or somethingnon them. And the worst thing - the heat! The A/C never really cool even though we had it full steam at 16°c + ceiling fan, but at night we seriously had like 30°c inside (imagine the days). This was not a luxary resort visit, sorry.
