It’s a pleasant stay with a family of 4. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room which can actually accommodate up to 5 pax. Clean and considered spacious and the room has all you need and with separate bathroom and toilet which is helpful when staying with many. Walking distance to JR & Metro station in about 350m and Mitsukoshi is 500m away. Quiet neighbourhood with convenient store and some restaurants nearby.

I thought long and hard before deciding on the rating for this service apartment. I think in general, I'm surprised by it's very high ratings as my experience was different. Although the check-in was smooth and the amenities in the room was largely alright, there were a few issues we could not overlook. The main issue was cleanliness. When we checked in, we had to set up the extra beds which are converted from the sofa and for the bunk beds. The sheets did not appear clean, had hair on them, and the pillow had red stains on them which we then decided we would not use, although they provided cases for us to cover them with. The staff were generally polite and greeted us. Check-in lady was also very nice, but the only time I tried to provided feedback on noise coming from the unit above that lasted through most of the night, the lady at the reception just told me I couldn't change rooms although I never mentioned this once. Overall, I guess it boils down to what's important to you. If you can overcome some of the cleanliness aspects and don't have to interact with the staff much, then this place might be for you. It is still fairly comfortable for a family of 4, and is located just 100m or so from the Shin-Nihonbashi train station, and a bit further from some others.

I stayed with GATE STAY for 3 weeks for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located by a JR station and walking distance to Marunochi area. The room is clean, spacious and modern, with all the facilities needed for a short-term stay. I had a weekly cleaning service included and the staff took good care of me during my time. Will definitely come back again.

家庭旅行很推薦的選擇

旅館地點很棒，我們是自由行，所以每天都需要搭公共運輸，新日本橋站是離旅館最近的（就在後面），但其實步行距離較遠（約700公尺）的神田站是最方便最常使用的大站。新日本橋站雖然有電車可以直達成田機場，但有個缺點就是沒有手扶梯跟電梯，我們最後一天由於行李箱很多只能繞遠路，從三越前站那邊的百貨公司坐手扶梯下到地鐵站層，再走到新日本橋站。

교통편리, 직원서비스 우수

나리타공항에서 소부라인을 타고 신니혼바시역까지 환승없이 한번에 올수 있어서 아주 편합니다. 그리고 호텔 주변에 지하철역이 간다역, 미츠코시마에역도 도보10이내 거리에 있어서 교통이 편리합니다. 호텔룸은 4인가족이 이용하기에 편리했습니다. 한국어가 가능한 직원들도 있어서 소통하는데도 문제가 없었습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러웠고 다시 숙박할 의향이 있습니다!
