It was ok for our stay. Needed some cleaning, bed was broken downstairs, light in pool did not work, no cleaning net for pool to collect debris, and no clear instructions for check out. But the pool was nice and warm even at 9pm.

Great for the Price: relaxing, not pretentious

This resort was beautifully landscaped. The outdoor pools, hot tubs, and gazebo by the water was relaxing. We lived in comfort for the week. Optimally, I would have preferred a thorough cleaning from the previous lodgers. I found an earring on the floor that was not mine. However, the price was great for the stay, as we had 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a kitchen and a living room downstairs. The best part was our own private hot tub in a screened in porch.

Best alternative to a hotel. Private pool; full kitchen and evening you need to have an expensive vacation. Property is clean, close to all disney parks and Orlando airport.

Great Location! Staff Friendly! Townhome was nice! Only issue was that the hot tub water and cover was not properly maintained. Other than that everything was wonderful and would definitely stay again!

Most everything was great. The only negative things were there were no ceiling lights in the second and third bedrooms, the carpet on stairs was not overly clean, and the toilet paper was very rough. I would stay there again.

Property was very unkept. Needs a total renovation! The property was also right next to a trash can compactor and kept us up all night. We booked a house with a pool but it was all open next to the community trash disposal and everyone could view us in pool. House was dirty and very old and damaged .

This was a nice townhome and accomodated my family very well. The only issues were that this property was advertised as having a barbecue grill but didnt. When I inquired with the front desk, they told me this is something they dont provide. Also, the master bedroom toilet didnt work and we had trouble with the upstairs toilet as well. Luckily, the downstairs bathroom was good. Other than that, this was a nice little townhouse. We liked the linai and the hot tub!
