This hotel is very nice, safe, clean and comfortable. Was perfect for a family of 4, many options for eating nearby. You can choose to walk or take the train, also taxi pick area is 1 block away. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great property. Our family was very comfortable there and staff was amazing. Breakfast is lacking but not a big deal since there a lot around the hotel to eat at. It’s not super central…takes about 20-30 via a uber to get anywhere but there is a close by train station.

Finding a suitable venue which cater for families with small children can be problematic. The Sonder seemed a modernised alternative catering for most needs of a family of 2x kids/2x adults. Having spent some time searching, the hotel is a Paris mid price point (compared to some of the other venues). Def cheaper options available. Stayed 4x nights, opeted for no breakfast, after checking out the selection. Meanwhile, there was no dedicated breakfast cafés in the immediate area, finding suitable options on the go is not a problem. Coffe machine in room with half decent coffee to get you started. Location is well connected to the metro only being 300-400m away. Venue is safe with a 24/7 porter/receptionist and a locked door entry. Venue is not massive so don’t expect too many people passing through, but it also mean all the rooms on each floor is close to the lift. The rooms are modern, with a hidden kitchen area behind foldable door, which is great for hiding stuff out of view. First night we ended up in a room which the aircondition did not work, having arrived late it meant first night was spent in a room with 30deg+. Not optimally for family with 2x kidz. Requested a change of room the next day, but venue was full. Staff was helpfull in providing some fans to get us through second night. Changed room for 3rd/4th night and finally got room with AC. The place need abit of maintenance, with tap leaking in bathroom and shower, but seemed clean and tidy overall.

The location was fantastic—just outside the main tourist zone but only a few metro stops from the Arc de Triomphe. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which made the area very enjoyable. The room was quite spacious, which worked well for our longer stay. However, it lacked comfort. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even after the hotel provided a replacement. The mattress was so thin that we could feel the springs, which made sleeping difficult. Another issue was that not all electrical outlets were functional, which was frustrating. Additionally, our room had an external entrance, which wasn’t ideal on rainy days. The stairway carpet was old, stained, and in need of replacement. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel really needs to invest in maintenance and comfort improvements to justify a higher rating.

Such a wonderful stay here! The staff was available 24/7 and very kind and helpful. Helen was charming. Delicious coffee is available self-service in the dining room. You can easily walk to MonMarte, Parc Monceau, Arch Triumph, and even the Eiffel Tower…. However, I caught the bus back. The transportation is close by (within a block) and helpful folks around to help navigate. Can’t say enough about this property. Super comfortable beds, little kitchenette, and great showers. If you are very sensitive to noise- sirens were going by often but the closed windows were enough for me to ignore the sounds- the building itself was super quiet.
Dinner Cruise on the Seine was well worth it
