Great stay in the 1 bedroom villa. Close by to the shops. Great size for 2 and the private pool was nice and clean. Great breakfast options which you order and they deliver to your room.

It's a Villa

The villa was nice enough, everything was rather clean and very private. However, our pool was so heavily chlorinated it was unpleasant to swim in.

Affordable Villa With A Downside

The location of the Villa is quite convenient which is near Jalan Legian for shopping/food and a walking distance to Legian Beach. Anywhere else, if you got the legs to walk, walk away. If not, there is always Blue Bird taxi to flag down (Make sure they charge by meter, if not you'll get ripped off). There is a shuttle service provided by the Villa to some of the predetermined locations. The Villa itself is kinda outdated when it was first launched. Which means it wasn't really well maintained and fresh supplies of sheets/mattress have not being replenish. Kitchen was placed outside, separated from the room which kinda troublesome when you wanna grab a cold drink from the fridge. The villa comes with a very small pool, more like a Jacuzzi sized pool. Great to soak, but not to swim. WiFi is included, the connection is good. TV comes with cable. Staff there are friendly and helpful but other than that, it's a place that I will not stay again. Few things for them to improve on: 1. New sheets please. Sheets are no longer white, got a few stains. 2. Replace the mattress. It is too springy. 3. Get the aircon checked out. I set it to 16 degrees Celsius but the room is still warm. 4. Please include mopping the outer area of the Villa during housekeeping. 5. Since the kitchen is separated from the room, it would make much sense to have the mini fridge in the room.

Nice place

Overall the place is good. Breakfast not much choice and they send to your villa. Food serve not hot. Convenient to get halal food. Massage is very good. I recommend to take the villa massage.

Quite comfort

Our room was being upgraded from 1-bedroom suite to 2 bedroom villa. Good and bad about it, since we plan 1 bedroom suite (3 ppl staying) for more bonding. But when upgrade to 2 bedroom villa, 1 of the 3 have to stay alone in the other room... Property is quite old, but still well maintain. Path from reception area to villa was kind of dark. Putting on more lighting will be better. Surrounding area is quite deserted and the nearest shop is about 10 mins walking.

Great villa, close to main street, friendly staff

First timer to Bali and really enjoyed a group stay in a magical little villa with private pool and close to the main street. Highly recommend this place if visiting Seminyak. It's affordable and great for couples or groups. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there's spa and beauty facilities if you need to wind down and reasonable breakfasts on offer. You won't be disappointed.

Jas boutique villa first stay

Overall experience was great but there is an issue with the lizards living on the roof. Every day there will be lizard faeces on the bed which is not a pleasant sight when you return to the villa. They also make loud noises during the day and night which is not very comfortable to be in the room.

Pleasant stay in beautiful villa

My friends and I had an enjoyable stay :) The villa turned out to be better than what we saw in pictures. It's very near Bintang supermarket via a shortcut :) Not advisable to walk at night time though, it was really dark and there were no street lights. We were given 2 separate bedrooms, unfortunately the combined room villa had electrical problems and we couldn't get the room we had requested. A few other downsides.. Pool was too deep, I guess it's more suited for taller Caucasians :/ We didn't spend a lot of time by the pool. Few bugs (ie. mosquitoes) here and there, thankfully insecticides were provided by management. We kept the room doors closed mostly. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay :)

It was a pretty pleasant stay. Short walking distance to the beach and food street. A quiet corner and attentive staff. Beware of kitties if you are not one kitty lover. They follow you when its late at night.

Better choices elsewhere

Stayed in 2-bedroom villa for 3 nights from 23 to 26 Jun 15. The bed caused itchiness and found bed bugs on one of the single bed. A mouse was found drown in the pool on the second morning. What they did was just to scoop it up with a net, no cleaning of the pool. On the third night around 2 am, woke up by some scary noise and commotion from the roof, like a cat fighting a snake??. Then lots of ants started to form on the ceiling above the bed and they started to drop onto us! We shifted to the other room with the bed bug bed. When we went back to check the room in the morning, the ants were gone with around 30 dead ants on the bed. Been having vacations 2-3 times each year and this is by far the most bizarre experience we had in a resort. We asked for late checkout till 3 pm since the flight was in the evening and was charged Rp 332k. Other resorts will entertain this kind of request if the room is not taken up but not this resort. We are very easy-going people but this place is definitely a no-no for us.

Jas Boutique Villa

First day experience was bad as my villa water pump was spoil and staff had to move us to another villa which is their another branch, Jas green Villa and Spa. From a 4 star villa go down to 3 star villa. Staff gave comment the Jas Green Villa and spa facilities are better and new but NO! Upgraded me to 2 bedroom villa but no use because is just only the 2 of us. Lots of mosquito, toilet is like outdoor feel sunshine will hit directly on the towel bowl. Highly not recommend this 3 stars villa stay. After first day i advise to go back to Jas Boutique Villa on the 2nd day, stay there was good and the pool is much better but do not expect it will be a big pool same as the pictures shown. Toilet and bedroom are very clean, with attached bath tube and shower area too. Once enter into the villa will be the kitchen. Services of transport will be free at just semiyak area. Best part staff will give you a mobile phone for contact them if you need to call them for assist if you are out. Overall stay in Jas Boutique is great but do not book Jas Green villa and spa. Thank you.
