I really enjoyed my stay at this place! The kitchen was a great addition, but it would be even better with a table and a couple of chairs on the balcony. Also, having an iron and ironing board is essential for guests staying for a week or more. The only downside was the slow wifi, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We loved staying here, but can’t give it 5 stars because of the last minute charge for late arrival. We didn’t see it noted on their website or in any communication until the actual day of arrival when they sent us a text. They insisted on cash. They had all our flight info a month ahead and didn’t mention it at that time. Their communication appears to only be in Spanish on WhatsApp. The room was very quiet, convenient, we loved the area—too bad about the charges.

Opção de estadia em Buenos Aires, literalmente "morando" no bairro Recoleta. Um apart hotel conveniente e com boa relação de custo-beneficio. Próximo de bons restaurantes, cafeterias, mercados. Fora da região turística, o que é uma boa pedida.

Gute Lage, mittelmässige Zimmer

Das Hotel liegt schön zentral, die Empfangsperson war sehr nett, und die Wohnung recht geräumig, doch sehr dunkel. Aus dem Fenster sieht man direkt an eine Wand. Ein zweites Zimmer das wir gebucht hatten, ging auf die Strasse und war recht hell, doch der Lärm der Strasse war auch in der Nacht recht laut. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe, auch für das Frühstücken.

We booked this property for 2 days stay. Unfortunately, our flight delayed for one day, and then arrived late night when the office was closed. The Art Suites team was very helpful. Clara assured us someone would be there and Mojo came gave us the key. They also kindly moved our reservation one day late, so we did not have to find another hotel. We really appreciate their help. The unit is nice and big, especially very clean. The neighborhood is convenient and very safe, we walked out to have dinner and back after 10PM, nearby restaurants still full. Overall, we give a 10, and highly recommend.

La propiedad, la ubicación y el estado en general al llegar muy bueno. Tuvimos la mala fortuna que en nuestra estadía se corto el suministro de AGUA (Nada ni para lavarse los dientes) y la respuesta de la administradora fue que se estaba solucionando "nunca se soluciono¨. María quien nos recibió una divina, pero la administradora absolutamente descortés y desagradable, no resolvió. No mostro voluntad para buscar una alternativas, no mostro preocupación por el problema, muy mala comunicación y sin capacidad de dialogo ni altura para atender turistas

The apartment was great for our two weeks in Buenos Aires. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals (i.e., a pot, a pan and more). The only thing I wish I knew beforehand is that cleaning during the stay isn't included. But a broom is provided and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. Recoleta is a very nice location to stay. Very safe both during the day and at night, with a lot of life at the local restaurants and bars (although the road is the hotel is not very noisy)

This is a great unit and the staff were friendly and helpful and it's too bad that management has not updated the furnishings. When I first walked in the place seemed quite "dumpy" and unappealing. The bed was so/so. This impacted us when we'd come home after long days of walking and seeing the sights as there was no comfy place to relax.Sofa and easy chair needed replacing years ago!
