Nice hotel close to Rizal park and Paco park.

Very friendly helpful staff. Great food, good atmosphere. Excellent for smokers. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice spacious room

Fast and Easy check in. Staff were helpful though they tend to be on the phone with personal calls most of the time Room wasn’t made up daily despite having left request at the reception each morning when we drop off the room key. Calls to the reception were never answered. You have to make your way down to the reception for all your requests. Parking for your car is great.. just out front of the hotel.

Very Accessible Location; Great Pool

it is our 3rd time to check in in this not so fancy small hotel but we kept coming back for the pool. My children loves swimming and the pool is great. not so many guests crowding the pool. food is great but costly but the gelato is good!

Not a bad option for Manila

The hotel is in an old area of Manila, with many run down buildings and a bit of an edge to it. However it is interesting. Just keep your wits about you. There is a Robinsons shopping centre not far away and a local fresh food market quite close by. The hotel is adjacent to an historic old park which is also a cemetery. Nice little church in the park which once was the final resting ground for the hero Rizal. The hotel is ok. Nothing to rave about, but nothing much to complain about either. Nice pool and nice staff in the bar/restaurant.

one of the worst hotel i stayed in.

the room was dark and there are cobwebs in the room . although the staff was ok , but the rooms was unbecoming. given a choice i would not stay there. lucky was only for one night. no breakfast , even hot water need to pay. overall in one work 'yucks'.

THERE IS hardly and almost NON HOT WATER in the room, bathroom door did not closed and lock, air condition very good, among others negative things that are bringing down my favorite hotel, like we registered 2 adults and 2 kids that we paid for they gives one room and only one bed, we requested xtra bed they want to charge $1000 for it so on, finale they gave us a different room 1 xtra bed no charge, we were short in towels etc. I just hope that the quality improves

I requested for early check in and I received notification from Expedia that may early arrival is 10 am. I tried to contact the hotel but the tel. no. is not yet in service. We arrived in the hotel at 10 am but the receptionist told me that my check in is 2 pm, they haven't notified with my early check in. In case, there's available room i need to pay additional early check in fee of PHP 200 per hour. I have food and I ask the receptionist if okay to eat at their dine in area near pool. it was disappointing that she told me that eating is not allowed unless I'm already checked in. The CR is terrible, the staff is not accommodating.

nothing it was closed expedia and the hotle took my $$$$$ and when i arrived i was sent to another hotel with no pool the whole reason i booked here was the pool the new hotel the room was less than 7 feet wide i could not believe there was a room behind the door very disappointed

The property is not in a good location to see the city... if you have a car it would be ok.. the staff were awesome.. very polite. The hotel it self could use a paint job. The room was good, did not have a frig or microwave. The Bed was ok, but may need to replace it because it sunk in the middle... I would stay there again, the restaurant food was good, a little over priced but good.

高架鉄道の駅に近いのとロビンソンズプレイスに近いので便利です。プールがあるのもよいことです。また部屋は広いです。ただ、古いホテルなのでこの値段なのでしょう。周囲の環境は良いとは言えません。
