Perfekte für Kurztrip. Für mich war die Nähe zur Stadthalle ausschlaggebend. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Fernseher. Dies würde super schnell gelöst. Ich komme gerne wieder

Das Hotel ist super für einen City Trip! Leider hatten wir Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Geruch - das Restaurant von unten riecht sehr unangenehm was teils in die Gänge/Zimmer hochzieht. Daneben hat bei uns der Abfluss der Dusche stark gesunken. Auf Nachfrage wurde es erst am kommenden Tag gereinigt und die Möglichkeit angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln. Insgesamt kein gut ausgereiftes Konzept (nach Abfluss Reinigung, keine Reinigung des Bodens im Bad o. Ä.)

As a woman i really like this place very comfy

The location was very good, transportation was very easy. There is no reception, you handle everything from whatsapp or the application, everything is fast and I was able to communicate with the authorised persons when I needed. As a woman, I felt very safe. Numa thought of everything from our menstrual needs to our ironing needs, but I didn't use it because I didn't need it. I was going to criticise only because there was no paper towel, but I didn't see it, I saw it on the way out, it was next to the fridge. Cleanliness, warmth, everything was very good. Thank you for everything!

清潔だが洗濯機、調理器具はありません。駅から近いですが、人通りが少ないので夜は少し怖いです。ホームレスの人もたまにいました。トラムで中央駅にも1本で行けて場所は便利でした。

To begin with, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel location is ok. The only problem is that this is 100% Whatsapp hotel. Starting with entering the room, no one on premisses and the worst thing you talk to bots. We had a problem with the safe deposits and it took over an hour to solve via phone. They don't give you a fresh towel before you talk to a bot. When you go out there is a place full of drunk people. I will not go there again.

Great hotel close to u-bahn. Really quite well designed room excellent kitchette. Very comfortable. But check in process was hell. Didn’t get email and couldn’t check in remotely spent nearly 30 mins on phone trying to check in. Nightmare! Room isn’t cleaned during stay so tea coffee not topped up. Long life milk was off and curdled in hot water. Overall lovely if the niggles were fixed it would be 10 out of 10.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hof, hier war es sehr ruhig Praktisch ist Nähe zum Westbahnhof. Die Küche verfügte über eine angenehme Grundausstattung inklusive Spülmittel etc. Der wöchentliche Zimmerservice war in Ordnung für mich.
