Wonderful stay!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Nordbo. The staff was very friendly, and my room felt like a home away from home. My apartment was very comfortable, and had everything I needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Beaitiful stay!

Everything was perfect! From the kindness of the people from the reception to the beautiful room we stay in! Many thanks to Michael and Jasper! The hotel is new, clean and close to the center. We recomand it to anyone who wants to visit Nuuk.

Nuuk is overly expensive and a small settlement more than a town. So not alot of options but in this case while expensive the hotel did have good internet. Restaurant was going through renovations so was annoying.

4nights to explore Nuuk

Quiet location, just as I had hoped for. Was Upgraded to Studio Apt. Kitchen niche was useful. Soap but no lotion in the bathroom. Blackout curtains good for sleeping in Nordic summer light. Dinner my first night was tasty & besutifully presented. (Steak & baked potato with small salad garnitur.) Staff were very friendly & informative.

This is an excellent place to lodge, due to its comfortable apartments, close proximity to the Nuuk Art Museum, Nuuk Center (mall and grocery), Inussivik (the sports arena), and the Katuaq (cultural center) among other shops and restaurants. The check-in was very quick and smooth, less than a couple of minutes. The apartment was spacious and equipped with kitchen, dining table, living room area, bathroom and bedroom with plenty of closet and storage space for luggage and clothing. Temperature was comfortable with radiators in each room for control. With grocery stores being less than 10 minutes walk away, I could prepare meals right in the apartment equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, cutting board, bowls, plates, place mats, and silverware. I could also enjoy a breakfast buffet every morning in the hotel restaurant with water, juices, milk, coffee, tea, pastries, fruit, yogurt, breads and rolls, eggs, sausages and bacon. During a few days in the week and Saturday, there was a happy hour from 4-6. And the hotel restaurant w as open until about 9. Shower had adjustable head with good pressure and water temperature control was excellent. In addition, there is a laundry room in the facility with two washers and two dryers that are free of charge. The hotel is located just up the slope from one of the city’s bus stops. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.

Easy commute to the airport, ferry and downtown. Nice restaurant on site. Free laundry/ no detergent available in the laundry room. Front desk is closed in the evening and during the weekend.
