Property was very clean, excellent bathroom, bed comfortable and had laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchenette needs some maintenance, only one cook top stove worked and there is no microwave. Overall a good stay.

Check in am Automaten sehr umständlich, telefonisch kaum erreichbar. Auf Sauberkeit könnte etwas mehr geachtet werden. Ich hatte das Gefühl, es wird am falschen Ende gespart.

Das Ambiente war wunderbar. Leider wurde in naheliegenden Appartements z.T. geraucht, was störend war. Im Appartement oben drüber wurde in 1 Nacht ab 04.30Uhr lautstark auf dem Balkon Konversation betrieben, was sehr störend war. Die Fenster waren nicht geputzt.

Modern ausgestattet. Sauberkeit lässt teils sehr zu wünschen übrig…. Im Zimmer war es bei uns recht warm, es hatte zwar einen Ventilator aber im Hochsommer wird es einfach unerträglich warm werden. Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Desastre de check-in

La máquina para hacer check-in no funcionaba y tardamos casi una hora en poder entrar a la habitación. Los huéspedes se agolpaban en la entrada para hacer el check in. La limpieza de la habitación regular, las sábanas no estaban como recién puestas y la papelera del baño estaba llena.

Sauber, bequem, viel Platz mit Küchenzeile und gratis Kaffee. Der Zugang etwas unübersichtlich mit Hinweisschilder, das Gebäude ist wohl von zwei Straßen erreichbar und wird auch zum Teil privat genutzt.

Tolle Unterkunft, Self-Check-In ausbaufähig

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Apartment ist relativ groß und die kleine Küchenzeile bestens ausgestattet. Leider müssen wir den Self-Check-In bemängeln, da das Gerät unsere Zimmerkarten nicht codieren konnte und ich 30 Minuten mit drei unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitenden telefonieren musste, um einen manuellen Check-In zu erreichen. Der Kaffeeautomat war ebenfalls stänsig ausser Betrieb. Man merkt schon, dass das Personal fehlt. Ansonsten eine tolle Unterkunft.

ACHTUNG BETRUG!!! Vor Ort kein Personal und Geschäftsführung, für Kunde UND Expedia, BIS HEUTE unerreichbar!!! Wir waren vom 02.11.-04.11.2024 Gäste in diesem Hotel, Zimmer 6. Auf den ersten Blick macht das Hotelzimmer einen einladenden und modernen Eindruck,wir waren vom Konzept und auch der kleinen Terasse begeistert. Beim Ablegen der Jacken sahen wir im Eingangsbereich ein großes Loch in der Wand. Dann beim Öffnen des Kühlschrankes und auch des Eisfaches im Kühlschrank kam Ekel hoch.Das Eisfach war komplett verschlimmelt-nicht benutzbar.Die Badezimmertüre konnte man von außen nicht öffnen,da der Türgriff komplett lose und ausgerissen an der Türe hing. Beim Betätigen des Lichtschalters und somit Aktivieren der Lüftungsanlage,kam uns ein unfassbar widerlicher Gestank nach Fäkalien entgegen.Dieser abartige und nur mit geöffneten Türen ertragbare Gestank hat uns leider während des gesamten Aufenthaltes begleitet.Beim Heben des WC Deckels hätten wir uns fast übergeben.Im WC bildet sich bereits Pilz!Und die WC Bürste ebenfalls komplett verschmutzt und nicht benutzbar. Auch der Wasserhahn in diesem Zimmer ist so schwerfällig,dass ich beim sanften betätigen komplett nass geduscht wurde.In der Dusche ist der Boden komplett verkalkt und bei der Duschbrause ein großes Loch,so dass das Wasser dort hart runter hämmert. Auch der Kaffeeautomat bot nur heißes Wasser mit irgend einer trüben Brühe,denn sämtliches Pulver war wohl leer. Andere Kundenreze. ähnlich! Fotos vorhanden!

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Gartenanteil, Toplage, sehr nette Person, die zuständig ist, falls etwas nicht klappt. Die Grundsauberkeit ist absolut OK, aber die Küche, die Deckenlampen und Ecken und die Terrasse nicht zu vergessen, sollten von Zeit zu Zeit etwas Zuwendung erhalten, damit man z.B. die Terrasse auch nutzen möchte... Und nur zur Info: das WLAN hat im Zimmer 6 leider nicht funktioniert, was wir aber nicht melden konnten, weil wir viel unterwegs waren... Alles in allem aber ein sehr gutes Konzept für ein Hotel!
