Perfect location, a must stay!

This hotel was in the PERFECT location! So much to do right outside the door, food, shopping, everything was right there. The hotel room itself was beautiful, had everything we needed and the staff was super friendly and help our bags even the day of check out so we could explore before leaving.

Very good location, nicely renovated and all the staff were warm and helpful. Our room was claustrophobic with window covered by opaque finish. The bathroom, however, was very nice

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant during our entire stay here. The area I in the heart of the plaza so I highly recommend this place if you enjoy being at the heart of the action and within walking distance to historic sites, amazing food, bars, nightlife, and metro/taxi access. Because of the surrounding clubs, you will hear noises (more so pedestrians chatting than music) at night so I don’t recommend if you prefer a quiet stay/turn in early. The staff is on the desk 24/7 which is comforting and helpful! They keep the doors locked at night and the lighting surrounding the hotel is good so it’s safe for solo travelers.

The hotel is excellent, with extremely attentive staff that truly cares about making your stay memorable and comfortable. We were not crazy about the neighborhood, it was too touristy and gimmicky. Although with a couple of minutes there’s a spectacular restaurant called Viana which is excellent and would compare to many Michelin star establishments.

I’m not sure how this place has a 5-star rating. Our room was located next to the rooftop, and it was noisy and crowded at all hours, making it difficult to relax. The overall experience didn’t feel like staying at a proper hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.
