The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Nice, central location , but a little removed from the noisiness of the bustling downtown area, which was a plus. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude.

We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch.

Not a spa hotel at all just an old pool and facilities in need of repair. Liked kitchenette room.room was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful on arrival. Close to harbour,shops and restaurants. One night stay but wouldn't return for another stay.

decepcionantes y insensibles

no puedo valorar la estancia, pero si el servicio de hoteles.com y expedia como deplorable ya que tuve que suspender el viaje por un asunto grave de un familiar (operacion de corazon urgente) y no se han puesto en contacto para ver si se podia renvosar el dinero tanto de este hotel como el de monte saint michel. No vuelvo a contratar nada coe ellos.

The car park was horrendous, Curtain at the window was difficult to use as the rail was broken so had to use the shutter for privacy but even that was hard to use, the bed was comfortable and clean

Nous avons malheureusement dû quitter l'établissement une nuit plus tôt en raison du manque de qualité de la literie. Et pour ne rien arranger nous avions demandé un lit double et nous avons eu 2 lits simples collés qui se séparaient la nuit

Une pépite !

Hotel très bien situé dans La Rochelle, on a tout fait à pieds. La piscine c'est le top, les enfants ont adoré. Très calme, nuit reposante. Franchement je pense qu'on reviendra avec plaisir.

bien pour l'accueil, mais mauvais pour le reste

Très bon accueil pour un séjour de 2 jours. Des bouteilles d'eau, des bonbons, des madeleines et le nécessaire pour faire café et thé étaient présents à notre arrivée. Cependant, nous avons signalé le lendemain matin un défaut du volet qui était bloqué, on nous a assuré qu'il serait réparé dans la journée, mais finalement rien a été fait. C'est aussi le premier hotel où je constate que la chambre n'est pas faite entre les 2 nuits. Résultat, nous avons manqué de papier toilette, car nous n'avions qu'1/2 rouleau pour 3 personnes pour 2 jours... Nous n'avons pas été prévenu à l'accueil que la chambre ne serait pas faite entre les 2 nuits. Mon avis est donc mitigé sur l'établissement.

Très belle expérience chez Lagrange Apart'hôtel !

Une belle surprise ! L'espace est très agréable (d'ailleurs l'appartement est même sous-valorisé en parlant de studio, puisqu'il comporte une vraie chambre). La salle de bain est quant à elle aussi grande que la chambre ! La TV est un peu petite mais cela n'a pas impacté mon séjour. Et surtout, le reste... nickel ! Avec des explications très claires dans l'appartement (fiche mémo, règlement intérieur, livret d'accueil,...) même en cas d'arrivée tardive. Enfin, les quelques petites attentions pour le petit-déjeuner sont un plus. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.

In a quiet area within easy walking of city centre, beaches, local shops. Could have been better if there was a bit more information about getting around eg buses, ferries, bikes etc. Staff always polite.
