This smoke-free villa features an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a bar/lounge. Free WiFi in public areas is provided, as well as free self parking, a free area shuttle and a free shopping centre shuttle. The Wolas Villa & Spa offers 18 air-conditioned accommodations with private pools and DVD players. Rooms open to patios. Good location, facilities & cleanliness average

The location is good, the villas are big and spacious but facilities and cleanliness can be improved upon. The towels were worn out and even dirty on certain occasions. The sofa in the room and living area had stains on it, it didn’t feel like a high end property at all. Mix reviews on food, some dishes are good, some very average.

Very quite and private villa.

The staff are all very friendly. Very clean room so my picky wife was feel comfortable:). Although it's not convenient for shopping or dining yet took 30 minutes to Seminyak central area is about 15 minutes.

Wola hotel is a quiet villa situated away from the shopping street but still within walking distance. hotel service is great and helpful, making guest feel welcome at home. Breakfast included and good food.

Great value, great service

Beautiful villas which were in good condition. Convenient location, just 5-10 minutes from the busier parts of Seminyak, accessible by taxis which are fairly cheap and easy to get. Excellent service and the spa was good value. This is my second stay there are the management waived my airport transfer charges which was a very nice gesture too.

Amazing Stay!

The stay in the villa was simply awesome and staffs would super kind and friendly. We were there from 12th March to 14th March. We had our early check in too and they welcome us with a drink. The staffs made us so comfortable after the tiring flight journey.Staff was at their toes and was ready to server us any time. The villa is so clean and tidy. They also provided us with the mosquito coil,spray and repellent cream. So do not need to worry abt Mosquito! Breakfast was good as they dun have many choices but it was tasty. The wifi connection was good too! I am definitely coming back as we really enjoyed the stay!

Nice Villa

Fist stay in Bali, this villa was better than expected. Place is quite, great for couple getaway. Staff are friendly. But shuttle bus service not very often to the beach. And there is a distance to the beach. But for the quietness, I will most likely go back there to stay the next time.

Great Value for a spacious Villa

If not for the mosquitoes which kept waking us up in the middle of the night, I would have rate this villa a 5/5. Super helpful and efficient Staff, Big private pool, Great privacy and quiet environment. Spacious Villa and room. Location is reasonably near to popular eat outs by taxi. Free airport transfer from Villa. Can't ask for with the price we paid.

A perfect hotel for lovebirds alone

Very clean comfortable and friendly place to stay

Very late check in was no problem and we were welcomed with a refreshing cool juice and a cold towel. Shown to our villa we were immediately impressed with the standard and quality of the layout and furnishings. Lovely private pool and the outdoor lounge area is such a relaxing place to be. The kitchen has only a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a chilled water dispenser. No kettle and very few utensils. But would highly recommend this as a place to stay and totally chill out. Breakfast and all meals from the onside restaurant are excellent as is the service. Didn't get a chance to use the spa but the services offered look comprehensive enough.

Great villa, excellent hospitality.

When we first arrived at the villa, we were greeted warmly by the staff at the reception. He was very kind, and took initiative to come out from the reception desk to welcome us and help us with the luggages after our tour guide unloaded them. We were served a glass of fruit juice each while he attended to our booking. After the confirmation etc., we were then brought to our villa. He showed us around the villa and informed us on where we can find the things we would need and also how to work the stove, taps etc. Very detailed, which I thought would save us some time to check with them in case we were unsure at some point. There were DVDs that we could borrow from the reception too. Service was very prompt and I must say their breakfast was very filling! There was variety so I get to choose different combination every morning. Very big portion too. We stayed for 4 nights and it was definitely a pleasant stay. I would say it was very value for money and up to my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place to people going to Bali! P.S I think this is a norm, we encountered some mozzie problems in the villa. Guess it couldn't be helped, so we just made do with burning the mosquito coil in the room and sleeping with mosquito patches. Other than that, everything was great! :D

Great service but let down by poor maintenance

Great service, front desk staff always greated us with a smile and helpful in providing directions. Big room with separate dinning area. Room service staff took initiative to call for housekeeping to clean up the wet floor when we forgot to let down the blind when it rained. The disappointment are 1) towels and bedsheet looked worn out and yellowish, 2) villa private pool water was cloudy and did not look very clean. It is a great resort but let down by poor maintenance.

Beautiful Villa & Amazing Service

Our second trip to Bali but first time staying at the Wolas Villa and Spa for 4 nights. We were totally blown away with not only the gorgeous room and also the professional services from the friendly staffs of Wolas. Till now, I still remember that all the staff especially the reception staff address us by our name which really make us feel like "Home'. Our first impression of the villa is that very spacious with all the necessary amenities. Love every single part of the villa especially the gorgeous pool with Frangipani tree surrounding it. The pool and even the living area does have the fragrance scent from the Frangipani tree. Love to chill at both the living area and the bedroom. One thing not that good at the bedroom and bathroom will be the dim lighting which make it impossible to read when nightfall. Since our villa is at 101 which is a stone away from the restaurant, we have our breakfast at the restaurant for 3 days. Love the breakfast selection choice and the food are tasty. Also love the service by the friendly staff at the cafe. We also love our couple spa experience at their spa center. It allow us to fully relax ourselves during the trip and it the midst of wedding planning. Till today, I still wish that we are still at the villa itself especially times where I saw Frangipani flowers picture. Will definitely stay at the Wolas for the next Bali trip.
