Great stay!

Room was great and so was the cleanliness and space. If they had air conditioner would have been even better but I know it’s hard to find in Berlin. Nice local bars nearby. Overall great as long as you don’t go if weather is very hot.

Nice, spacious apartments in an awesome neighborhood. Good access to transit and lots of restaurants in the area. Not a staffed hotel, but they are responsive by phone and e-mail. Payment processes and deposit requirements are a bit unusual, but it seemed to work out. We were very happy with this lodging.

It was a nice space for the three of us. I slept in the living room on the pull out coach while my two friends slept inside in the room. We loved that the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry already had things like soap, oil, and salt so we did not have to purchase them for just for the trip.

Beautiful, large clean apartment. Three nice size bedrooms, washing machine and nice kitchen and amenities. Fun neighborhood with restaurants, bars and cafes, easy walk to metro. The manager was great at communicating with us prior and during our stay. We definitely recommend and hope to go back and stay there some day.

Luxoise is in a great area full of restaurants and really close to some really cool clubs and bars. The apt is really big with lots of room. The hosts were great at working with us to find the right unit and were great communicating with us.

The hotel was in a real neighborhood that was lively and safe both day and night. The apartment was super cute and all the rooms were large. The kitchen had everything we needed for making a simple meal. The personalized website provided by the property answered our questions on how to use the coffee maker, TV and heat.

The apartment was quiet and the sofabed was already made up. Security deposit refund of €300 was quick and painless, 4 days later. Was slightly disconcerted by a telephone call to check that everything was okay with our stay — when I'm on a holiday I don't really want the phone to be ringing!

Great place with lots to eat and drink in the neighborhood. In close proximity to Warschau and Ostbahnhof Stations. Walking distance to the East Side Gallery of the old Berlin Wall. Communications with the agents were easy and instructions were clear. Two minor things to note: street parking is expensive and meters take coins only. Ask the agent about parking options as there may be some in walking distance. Also there's no elevator in the building so be mindful of luggage.

Not luxurious but quite nice

We stayed one night at the top floor with roof balcony - it is quite a nice apartment. It does not get 5 stars because the sleeping couch was not that comfortable, we couldn’t sit 5 persons at the dinner table, as a 5th chair couldn’t fit the table. And the main reason for choosing this apartment was being 5 persons. In the living room was set up a huge air con machine in an even larger plastic box. Not luxurious solution. The doors to the bedrooms and the balcony cannot be secured, so by airing the apartment, the doors slammed. We lacked one sleeping pillow. However, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is actually luxurious.
