Disliked: Room comfort

Worst rental ever

When you are paying top dollar for a property, one would NOT expect to have to check in and then drive three blocks and pay an additional 15 euro for electricity, no instructions on how to turn on hot water, no towels, and overall one, if not the worst rental experiences I have every had anywhere in Europe, for the money they are charging all items should have been included. We are on holidays from Canada, why would we bring towels? Manager knew we were checking in, TURN ON THE HOT WATER- this place should Not be booked.
