Great place for families

The location is very good, and the staff is attentive. The rooms are comfortable, although the beds are a bit hard. There are some details missing that would make it more comfortable, such as more places to put personal items in the bathroom. The cleanliness is impeccable. Without a doubt, a place to recommend.

The Hotel’s staff was very professional and hotel was spotless house cleaners was also very attentive to our needs , you could hear everything from the street at night specially after midnight, but in general , service and price was very good..!

I went here with my friends for a week. We are canadians. The staff was incredibly friendly, the view on the rooftop is fantastic, the cleaning ladies do an impeccable job. The area is filled with activities and I never felt unsafe. It is absolutely beautiful. Casinos, arcades and great restaurants around here. 10/10

I love the way the building is in a good area. Mall is a couple blocks so it makes it very convenient and theres also a lot of shops around for groceries, medicine, shoes, etc. Water was working perfect for hot and cold. Staff people was very friendly and helpful and they're in the lobby 24/7. Im Colombian but live abroad and since I took my parents there I wanted to make sure the area and the apartment were in a good area.
