This place has long been my go-to staycation for many years! Not only is it affordable, it has a great location to the water, shopping and walkability factor for exercise. My only sad part is having to checkout and leave. I highly recommend Sailport Resort.

We love the location of this property. The unit itself smelled musty and could use a carpet upgrade but we did like the resort itself. The staff was very friendly and it was very handy to TPA.

Good hotel on the water.

Location is wonderful. Rooms needed updating and our tub was peeling but it was clean. Views were beautiful. Drinks at the pool bar are overpriced but the food was good. Breakfast was well priced and good.
