Struttura, situata a pochi passi da Porta Sant'Angelo (inizio centro storico di Terni) e adiacente ad un Parco verde, che ha la sua forza nell'ospitalità dei signori Aurelio e Marco, nel servizio giornaliero di pulizia e ripristino set bagno, nei piccoli servizi presenti per ogni camera (mini lavatrice, stendibiancheria, asse e ferro da stiro). Camere spaziose. Contesto silenzioso. Ottima base di appoggio per visitare gli incantevoli luoghi siti nelle vicinanze.

This attic apartment is amazing and Marco and his father Virgil are so friendly and accommodating. We arrive from Rome after traveling 15 hours with very little sleep. The recommendations for a fabulous restaurant after our walk through Terni was perfect. Great location and the nicest hosts! Heading to the falls for a morning hike after breakfast. Perfect choice to stay in a friendly city.

The property is family-run and they pay attention to detail. I appreciated that Virgilio, the proprietor, was willing to work with us when some unforeseen road closures made us have to re-trace our route and put us into the hotel much later than we'd anticipated. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and overall were very comfortable. I would recommend this establishment if you are going to Terni.

Séjour parfait, Résidence superbe et d'une propreté exceptionnelle,de belles prestations,petit déjeuner délicieux et personnel!! très sympathique et accueillant !!!! Le logement est spacieux, Situation intéressante, à deux minutes de la rue commerciale qui mène au centre. Un bon endroit où s'arrêter. A 7km des Cascades de Marmore à visiter !!!! Je recommande vivement cet hotel !!!

Spectacular!! As Comfortable as Home

We enjoyed a most wonderful stay. This was way above our expectations…expected a pretty standard hotel room. However, what we had was a nice 1-bedroom apartment, including fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, dishes/utensils, and clothes washing machine). We also had a dining table and 4 chairs. Despite having the kitchen, a nice Italian-style breakfast was provided (cereals, fruit, pastries and variety of juices and coffees). TV reception was great and had some SKY Engliish-speaking channels. The room and grounds were clean and well cared for. Parking was easy and secured (gated). Easy 10 minute walk to city center, 20 min walk to train station. The owner, Virgio Bizzoni, was on hand on our arrival and at check out. He was always quite friendly and helpful…enjoyed learning a bit of family history about the property. We couldn’t have been more pleased as we were booked for 4 nights. Highly recommend this accommodation…a great central location for visiting other nearby communities/attractions.

Sehr ruhig im Grünen (Stadtpark) dennoch fußnah zentral gelegen. Appartment relativ neu, Aufenthaltsräume helle Südlage großräumig mit reichlich Platz - gute Deko - Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad; Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine komplett eingerichtet - man kann sich zu Hause fühlen.

Assolutamente perfetto.

Il residence è in una posizione fantastica. Affaccia su un parco ed è a due passi dal centro. Parcheggio chiuso con sbarra;viene consegnato il telecomando per uscire ed entrare in completa autonomia. Struttura molto bella e curata con appartamenti ampi e ben arredati. Unica pecca:mancano le zanzariere alle finestre. Voto 9,9!

Que du bien- Tutto bene!

Accueil très courtois, le français est parlé couramment. Vergilio est toujours prêt à rendre service. Le logement est spacieux, la climatisation efficace. Situation intéressante, à deux minutes de la rue commerciale qui mène au centre. Un bon endroit où s'arrêter.
