Three issues with the hotel: (1) the bathroom light went off whenever there was no movement, but unfortunately could not detect movement in the shower, so I ended up showering in the dark. (2) the room was pretty cold. (3) the soap and body soap had rum in them, which seems unnecessarily provocative to Muslim travellers: perhaps one could be replaced by regular soap.

If you stay here in the winter, make sure you dont get one of the rooms over the parking garage. The floor was ice cold, even with the heat cranked. I used the blow dryer to warm my feet after standing in the bathroom. The pipes under the shower froze our last night, so we couldn't shower before departing. Parking is $60 per night, the food offerings are those of a vending machine. Bed was comfortable. Location is nice.

You get what you pay for

This is an alright hotel right next to the Metro, restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores. My room was spacious and clean, but it had a few issues with it. The bathroom needed some repairs with the walls, and some of the provided towels had stains from previous uses (they had been washed, of course). The heater unit was dusty and spewed dust into the room when the heat turns on, and I can only hope this was just an issue with my room and not with all of the rooms. The walls are very thin, but you can check out a fan to help drown out noise. Check-in went well, but I was miffed by the fact that an early check-in costs $28. If the room is ready, I don't see a reason why it makes a difference in what I pay. This was the first hotel I've been to in a few years that actually charged for an early check-in. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for, and it's alright for what you pay.

This hotel had a modern twist on an older building. My old complaint is if you stay on the bottom floor where our original room was, it has poor ventilation and evidence of water damage. I didn’t see mold or anything but it definitely had a basement feel. Since my husband has allergies we thought it would be a good ideal to get a different room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Metro station only a couple of minutes walk away. Smell of pot was bad at times. Commisary 24/7 in hotel was very handy. Motion activated light was way too bright in room. Bedsheet initiated unwanted sliding when trng to sit up in bed. Bed very comfortable nonetheless, excellent night's sleep during our stay.

Elite hotel

The dtay eas awedome the tooms and the befs and bath were great. The products of doap and lotion omggg. I must say though, workinf in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, ive never seen an over night person at the feont desk wear slippers. Upon our check in and check out days the front desk was amazing and love the service of both day and night staff. I have a cideo of my room and will be posting it and returning to this location again
