Horrible checkin process. Also your room has to pass inspection before you check-out or your 100 euro deposit is not refunded. Also you have to make and strip beds and haul the sheets and towels out.

Great location, lovely pool! The rooms are spacious. It would. We didn't know until we left that there were some breakfast products available in the building next to the pool. Also, there wasn't any info on the gym. A bit more comprehensive info in English (probably other languages too) would really help. Also, check in time of 5pm is really late, and check out of 10 is too early. I appreciate they need to clean a whole apartment, but its difficult to work with those times.

Peu de flexibilité quant à notre horaire de départ. Voyageant à vélo, nous avons payé la formule "CONFORT" pour avoir les draps et serviettes, nous avons dû cependant faire nos lits et les défaire le matin suivant. Des tarifs de camping pourraient s'appliquer à ce genre d'hébergement et non pas des tarifs hÎteliers.

L'hĂŽtel est situĂ© dans une petite ville qui est le berceau de la prĂ©histoire en France. Accueil trĂšs sympathique Les appartements sont assez grands et il y a tout le confort possible pour quelques jours. Seul petit accroc, on ne voit pas l'entrĂ©e de l'hĂŽtel car elle est cachĂ©e parlĂ© le fameux rocher et, don, il faut faire environ 5 km pour pouvoir faire demi tour 😕

Une bonne rénovation et contrÎle qualité à faire !

DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e nous constatons que les conditions de l’offre ne sont pas respectĂ©es. Pas de laverie pas d’ascenseur ! Tous deux en panne depuis plusieurs mois ! Puis le premier en dĂ©crochant le pommeau de douche tout l’ensemble de fixation est tombĂ© car rouillĂ© et le tube en mĂ©tal prĂ©sentant Ă©galement de la rouille m’a ouvert le petit orteil droit. Je note Ă©galement les joints de douche complĂštement permĂ©ables .(l’appartement du dessous va certainement en subir les consĂ©quences ! Des brĂ»lures sur la tĂȘte de lit mais personne n’a envisagĂ© de mettre du LED avant que cela ne prenne feux ! Pour couronner le tout impossible d’avoir une tempĂ©rature de douche normale toute la famille s’est brĂ»lĂ©e au moins 1 fois durant le sĂ©jour mĂȘme en Ă©tant Ă  fond sur l’eau froide

Logement à peine propre ! (Caleçon sale retrouvé à notre arrivée). Literie trÚs moyenne...limite vétuste (clic clac du salon). TrÚs peu de places de parking par rapport au nombre de logements. Piscine trÚs petite...photo trompeuse. Seul le personnel est trÚs aimable, dommage que les équipements ne soient pas à leur image.

Une seule nuit en famille. Bel environnement, piscine, cadre naturel, petite terrasse pour chaque appartement. Grand espace dans l appartement. Frigo, plaque de cuisson RAS mais... Pour moi, mal agencé ! Toilettes dans la salle de bain juste derriÚre la cuisine et table repas avec simple porte coulissante... Portes coulissantes des chambres trÚs lourdes difficilement manipulables et bruyantes. Bien pour une nuit.peu de rangements. Je venais d un mobil-home plus petit mais beaucoup mieux agencé. Dommage! Accueil trÚs bon

Los pisos cuentan con lo necesario par pasar unos dĂ­as y visitar la regiĂłn. Esta vez la atenciĂłn del personal no ha sido de lo mejor pero por suerte los vemos unicamente al momento de recuperar y dejar la llave.

Bonjour, Trop cher pour le niveau de prestation offert. RĂ©sidence mal entretenue et hors d’ñge. Douche cassĂ©e et sans pression d’eau. Appartement sale. HygiĂšne covid Ă  revoir au petit dĂ©jeuner
 tout le monde coupe son pain sur la mĂȘme baguette de pain en y posant les mains !!! Pour le reste, qualitĂ© d’accueil inexistante dans les restaurants alentours. LocalitĂ© Ă  Ă©viter. Dommage car le patrimoine des lieux est magnifique.

Check in was a bit of a hassle and they required a 300 euro deposit that they conveniently forgot to refund after checking out that we had to call a few days later to sort out. The room wasn’t that clean when we checked in and you have to make the beds yourself with sheets provided. They require you to strip the beds before you check out and have room inspected by the housekeeper to see if you cleaned up to their satisfaction. We felt like we were working for them rather than the other way around. The biggest problem there was the lack of sufficient parking and you have to fend for yourself if you go out for dinner and come back to a lot that is packed beyond capacity. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was ok for a night, but I would not go back.
