This is a cool little hotel with lots of history. Located in the city's heart, you can walk everywhere from the location and ample parking. It has 2 pools and a nice beach/pool at the top of the hill. My only complaint is they don't have mini-fridges in the room.

The description of the resort was very deceiving. The resort is more for college students if you do not get one of the apartments to stay in. Very dark old rooms.

I did not like that fact that I booked a standard room that I had to pay money to get a beach towel when they have pools on the property. The deluxe apartments the towel was included. The standard rooms need an upgrade bad. No concierge to help with luggage. Sometimes no hot water.

This hotel is definitely overlooked , I have a penthouse suite apartment. I felt safe , comfortable. Staff was amazing I like how they keep the front gate closed at night with two security’s onsite. Downtown you can really walk. I felt really safe I was on a solo trip but I had no worries in this hotel . Room was not bad at all ! Pool area was clean.

Garbage & cigarette butts, empty bottles around both pools. Waitresses rude & don't make you feel welcome, stopped going to restaurant 2nd day.( we were there for 3 weeks) front desk ladies rude and lots of attitude. Louises, front desk were great Housekeeping staff awesome, very friendly. J.J. & Russell also great, bartenders.

The place is near everything and walking distance of things to see and not far to go to visit beaches. You can reach the west end of the island in 60 minutes. We had a small kitchen and used it every day for breakfast and lunch or dinner. We found local place plaza Bieu where you can get local cuisine for $11 so we ate take out from there. The two pools are nice but the bigger ones want you to eat and drink their stuff. Not super clean and room is dark. Bring European plug to charge your phone.

I like that the property was easy to locate and it's central in downtown area. The location is great with a nice view depending what you booked. Because i book a panoramic penthouse and it was great option for the money. Only thing is that they need to provide daily shower towels. But the pool is clean and located at the back and it's nice a quiet for relaxing. If you have a car it is safe to park at the Ritz and no extra fees for parking. Security service or guards are on top of there job. The make sure that only guest are parking inside and also at night the main gate are closed with security guards outside will let you in. Well I must say that we enjoyed our stay.

Great place

We had booked a standard room and were bumped to a deluxe apartment when we arrived. The room was really nice and modern. The hotel is within short walking distance to Punda and the floating bridge. The urban beach pool was really nice and we used it lots. The only concern I had was where we parked, to get out was a very tight road with some blind spots and always made me a little nervous coming and going.

Property was very clean and there is ample parking. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Be sure to have euro converter for outlets and be warned, my steamer broke due to some electrical glitch. Pool area was nice, restaurant staff was indifferent, good value for what we paid. Also, tv in living bedroom did not work but it didnt really matter to us.

The charging ports situation was not good especially for someone with iPhone if I didn’t rent a car with ports I would’ve had to source my own wall sockets , even if I had to buy they should have it on site for customers traveling the island because I had to drive around a bit

Overall not a bad experience. Kind staff, free parking, good pool with a good bar. Appreciated the kitchen in my room. Comes with stove , fridge , sink and cooking supplies. Air conditioning works well. No hot water in shower. Also saw a large cockroach in my room. Did not see any others. Would not personally stay here again. But not bad if you’re out a lot. Close to town.

O apartamento é maravilho, bem distribuído e moderno, sentia que estava em casa, muito aconchegante. O maior problema que tivemos, foi com a falta de agua quente no chuveiro, raramente tinha agua quente. A limpeza também deixou a desejar. O café da manhã muito bom e a equipe bem atenciosos, mesmo com os problemas citados acima, não mediram esforços em tentar resolver.

Ficamos nos apartamentos. São limpos, amplos e com cozinha bem equipada, o que facilita refeições "em casa". O ponto negativo é que o wi-fi não funcionava muito bem dentro do apartamento (somente na sacada) e não trocaram as toalhas do quarto e de praia todos os dias. Além do mais, encontramos um escorpião na sacada do nosso quarto (primeiro andar), sendo relato tal fato a uma funcionária. Fora isso, a acomodação nos atendeu muito bem.
