New hotel in convenient location

Nice new hotel close to transport and lots of amazing food. Room was very “cosy” for 2 with no sitting/lounge area.

Great location

Check in and check out was a Breeze! The room is right in front of the lift and was a bit noisy as the window is facing the main road (no view as it’s covered up). The safety box was also not working but the staff rectified it promptly. Overall, the staff are very friendly and the location is great!

Friendly staff :) all staff are great ! Able to speak good English and explain all our queries with great effort. There is a lady staff who bothers to help a group of elderly ladies to look for cab and carry their luggage !! A really commendable service!

There are so many good eateries around the hotel. The MTR station is a couple minutes walk away.

GOOD FOR ONE

The room is tiny and I am alone. What if I have someone travelling with me. I had dropped one toilet roll on the floor(near to the back of the toilet bowl) and I wasn't able to pick up even I wanted to. The toilet is too cramp and you seriously wouldn't want to do any extra movements and there's no proper place for me to place my luggage. Ended up I had to place it behind the door entrance (next to the toilet entrance) The locked in the door doesn't works and all you can depend on is the chain latch. During my 2nd day in my 3D2N stay. The supervisor from the houskeeping keep knocking on my door asking if my room had been cleaned. I answered yes. I looked through the peephole and saw she went into my 2 of my neighbours' room. I felt consoled that I was in my room otherwise she would have came into my room. Two hours later, the supervisor (can't remember if is the previous one) came knocking at my door again to ensure my room is clean. Annoyingly I opened the door and answered yes and told her that they had came twice. This could have been avoided if they have record their checks properly. Despite all these, the location of this hotel is great. Less than 5 minutes away from the MTR, lots of food and eateries nearby. The Macdonald just next to the hotel building is an excellent source of midnight supper.

Chic, Comfortable & Near MTR

Pleasant stay. 1 min away from Tin Hau MTR and right infront of the Ding Ding tram. A lot of buses from CWB, shopping district. Room abit small for 2 pax but still cosy and comfortable. Polite staffs who speaks english and mandarin as well.

Best choice of hotel

Extremely accessible: 1min walk away from (a) free airport express shuttle bus pickup/dropoff point, (b) Tin Hau MTR station and (c) Tin Hau Bus Terminal that offers a direct bus to Yuen Long (definitely a better experience than taking MTR). Plenty of food (roasted goose, hotpot, beef noodles, Izakayas, dessert shops, street food) and pubs (recommend Ares Bar just across the street) around the hotel. Staff were most helpful and room though small (which most of the affordable HK hotels are anyway) offers great comfort. Best place to stay if you're looking for an afforable hotel that is located just slightly off downtown area and is less crowded/touristy.

Location is conveniently near MTR. Nearby eateries but doesn't open till very late. Room is extremely tiny. Unable to open 2 28" luggages in the room. Have to close and stand after use. The way the shower is designed, causing water to sip out of the toilet.

Good boutique hotel near Tin Hau MTR

Had a pleasant stay at Butterfly on Victoria. Hotel is very near Tin Hau MTR which is one station from causeway bay so it’s very convenient. As with most hotels in HK, the room is quite small though we booked the executive room which is 20 sq meters. Hotel is generally clean with a large TV. The only drawback is that the pocket WiFi did not work so we had to change it. The replacement one wasn’t very fast either.

Good hotel and service, convenient location

Location of hotel was great, just a few steps from Tin Hau MTR station with many food options around and walkable to Tai Hang and Causeway Bay; also if you fancy a run at Victoria Park. Hotel service was efficient, friendly and accommodating, room (fits two) was clean with basic amenities.

good location for everything

enjoyable. clean n comfort room. provide unlimited 4G wifi router and smartphone. air purifier is also a plus for this hotel. hotel located along the food streets. many nice n good restaurants around. mtr station is within reach. buses to airport and other places of interest are available just downstair. would recommend my frenz to stay here. this is my 5th time staying at this hotel.

Pleasantly thoughtful service. It was great to have a complimentary phone and wifi device. It is also conveniently located near the MTR & food street. Staff were very cheerful & polite and extremely attentive.

Friendly and Helpful Staff

The front desk staff members were super helpful and friendly. I had a superior room, which is very small, but for the price I paid, that's what I would have expected. Bathroom has all the toiletries you would expect (including hair conditioner, which surprisingly is often not provided in other hotels). And they provide a smart phone with unlimited local calls and 3G so you can take it with you on the road! Don't use the room phone for calls -- I was charged for that. The hotel is in a very convenient location and yet it was quiet -- less than 2-min walk to the Tin Hau MTR Station. If you like a local experience, there are lots of local-food eateries in the neighborhood.

No surprises....

Hotel location is within minutes of the nearest Tin Hau MTR, plenty of food places around the vicinity and even a 24hours MCD. Hotel facilities pretty much limited with no gym or pool. Lift was pretty slow as well, with my room level on the 16th floor. However a plus point for providing a mobile device and pocket wifi to keep you connected throughout our stay.

Nice hotel with a lot of food option

Easy access to airport, shopping and local eateries. Room cleanness is below expectation. Room has no view due to renovation of exterior building. The bedding has a strange smell. The hotel suggest the room to be able to fit 2 guests plus one kid. However the superior room is not practical to fit 2 persons, there are not enough space to open 2 pieces of 20 inches luggages, probably much more comfortable for single travller for the same type room.
