The property was fit for purpose. We used it just to have a place to sleep and visit Freiburg and surroundings. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 2 people and their luggage (2 had fairly sizeable suitcases, since we were spending 3 weeks in Europe).

Amazing hotel we have used one like this before and so good to be able to cook and have a fridge room size amazing bathroom so good and all so clean and very good staff on arrival would recommend to all to use this hotel so close to team and a big supermarket that you can get everything from fresh frozen and cooked food and even eat there as well

We needed a place to stay for over a week. Adagio was perfect. Comfortable beds, kitchenette, washer/dryer, easy access to trains, and staff were friendly and welcoming.

The apartment was clean and practical with everything we needed. Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary. But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and very convenient for the tram into town, supermarkets etc.

Great location with easy access to public transport. Kaufland right next door. Room was a bit small for 4 persons that’s why I gave 4 stars overall. kitchen very tiny but workable.

The accommodation was very clean. Nice staff. Babybed was available and in the room. The parkinglot was full, but we could park for free on the other side of the street (5 min. Walk)

The hotel is not located very close to the center but we walked about 30' and it wasn't that bad. At night we returned by tram and it was quick and easy. Parking, if there is space, is very convenient and safe. You have to pay for it but it is very convenient. It has laundry facilities which for us was very important. The room had a small kitchen and the room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel is a good option.

Nice hotel for family

Hotel is located in a newly developed area with a short drive to the city center. It’s very much new and everything in the hotel is in top condition. We particularly picked this hotel because of the washer/dryer in property and they have 2 washer and 2 dryer. We have 3 people and the room has 1 queen plus 2 twins and a kitchenette but with absolutely no condiment, not even salt and pepper, so it’s only good for heating up prepped food but not for really cooking a simple meal. Room has a nespresso machine but without any pods. Should at least include 2 to start the booking

could be worse, could be better

I chose an appartment hotel, so that I could cook some simple meals, but upon checking in, I was told that the smoke detector was very sensistive and a visit from the fire brigade expensive, The freezer door in the small fridge was missing, so everything that wasn't in the frisker, got wet. I found a forgotten toy car and a llost, fake fingernail under the fold down bed and the hotel told me that my son's breakfast hadn't been paid for, which it had uæpon booking at hotels.com - it seems that information is often lost with hotels.
