check-in process was pretty straight forward. The only problem was parking which I requested according to Kula unfortunately, I didn't get a reply which I was struggling to arrange during and upon our arrival.

Beautiful view of river. Very affordable. Not many dining options super close but within a 15 minute walk you find some . A couple of options 5 mins away . Easy walk to south wharf DFO. Easy self check in. You can't store your luggage but you can use radical storage options close normally a convenience store. We loved it was so easy to get to Marvel stadium.

Getting keys is not easy. Even though the property is in excellent condition, I wouldn’t go thru the hassle of key picking again. I would prefer reception managed stay

On the Hotels page we only saw photos of a building located in front of the river with apartments overlooking the port and the city. When we arrived, they gave us an apartment in another building with other buildings opposite. This disappointed us as we had booked it specifically for the view. When we asked for a change, none were available so we felt very disppointed.

Perfect place for two couples

We had an excellent 4 night stay at Kula Docklands. The view from our 2 bedroom apartment was stunning. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is perfect for two adult couples. The tram stop at the front door which took you to the heart of the city was brilliant and so convenient. The Kula staff were excellent to deal with. Our dryer was faulty and was swapped out promptly without question. Access to all facilities including a heated lap pool was a bonus. Loved our home away from home and will certainly be back again.
