Tracey and marks stay at wayside

Lovely little b&b in Norfolk near the broads. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was an excellent idea, lovely how you could help yourself to continental items in the room, made a real refreshing change

Very pleasant stay at a nice quiet b&b, the food provided for the room so you can create your own breakfast in the morning was a really nice touch. If I'm in the area i would most definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great place to use as a base for the Norfolk Broads. Breakfast if you are looking for cereal, bread, croissants, tea, coffee, juice, ham, cheese, grapes etc. perfect for us. A fan would have been great as the room is small and got hot quickly

Lovely spot

Lovely peaceful location and the view from the window is beautiful. Had to drive to get dinner as the pub opposite had a very long wait and were not welcoming. The staff at Wayside were lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious - more than enough for us! The bed is very soft, a bit too soft for my preference but that’s nothing against them. The room itself is clean, tidy and perfect for what we needed

This B and B was lovely, nice and clean, and a continental breakfast in the room with plenty of tea and coffee. Our host was very obliging and booked us a table at the pub across the road. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful view from our bedroom window Great shower Lovely continental breakfast Great night's sleep A very peaceful night's sleep The hospitality we received on arrival very friendly and welcoming , glass of wine for my wife and a nice cold can of coke for me , all in all we have had a very relaxing one nights stay. Lovely place to stay, we found it last-minute, passing through Little Plumstead. Nice host, clean room and very comfortable beds. Breakfast supplied in small fridge and eating area in room was plentiful. Didn't get to say thanks to the lady at check out as nobody was around as we were leaving so just left the key, sorry we missed you but thanks.

We (family of 3) booked last minute in order to extend our family holiday just that little longer. We were comfortable and overall, satisfied with the room however I do think the breakfast needs to be clearer as we were unaware the breakfast offered was continental which wasn’t ideally what we were after. However, the host communicated well and left clear instructions on how to gain access etc. I would recommended a brief description of where exactly to find the property as it could be easily missed if you don’t know the area well.

Excellent stay better than home

Excellent everything about the place and owners what a warm welcome. I arrived later than anticipated i got greeted by the owners which although late at night couldn't knock them for going out of there way to still accommodate me. I havent eaten all day for 14 hrs they gave me something to eat off there own backs. There was food in room like bread,ham, cheese and yogurt and fresh fruit.all condiments, everything was well thought of. Room was compact,warm and very clean. Overall a excellent stay wish i could of stayed another night. Thank you owners for making my stay a enjoyable and friendly stay. Peter

We had 2 nights booked but was disappointed with the property. It was tired looking and in need of an update. Breakfast was provided in the room, very much like a bedsit. Items that werent really thought about in the fridge. The accomodation was not what myself and partner were expecting, definitely needs an update.

Home from Home 😅

The property was lovely, quiet, comfortable and very clean. The added food in the fridge and extras, really appreciated, felt more like a little studio flat 😊 Will definitely stay again there when I need it.

Working nights so cld not comment on the days other than quite and peaceful WiFi microwave toaster and a fridge so that was a bonus 👍
