Excellent location to visit Valence with everything on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable apartment, useful to have a washing machine and dryer on site. Very good wifi and very pleasant staff at reception. If you bring a car, be aware there is a height limit of 1.85m for all underground car parks in the centre (so not for big cars or cars with a roof box). But open-air public paying parking (€18 for 24h) in the next street.

La chambre aurait pu ĂȘtre plus grande, mais c’est surtout la propretĂ© de la salle de bain bain, et l’état de la robinetterie qui ont besoin une amĂ©lioration. Par ex. la poubelle de toilette n’a pas Ă©tĂ© vidĂ©e aprĂšs la personne prĂ©cĂ©dente qui y Ă  sĂ©journĂ©, le join de la pomme de douche devrait ĂȘtre remplacĂ© pour ne pas fuir et le robinet de lavabo nettoyĂ©.

Personnel trĂšs sympathique que ce soit Ă  l’accueil ou au petit dĂ©jeuner. Malheureusement l’état de la chambre Ă©tait trĂšs moyen: -chauffage qui tient au mur par une seule fixation, du noir tout autour de l’intĂ©rieur de la douche
 Bref je ne dĂ©conseille pas cet hĂŽtel car c’est peu ĂȘtre seulement cette chambre qui pose souci mais je conseille Ă  l’établissement de la rafraĂźchir sĂ©rieusement!
