Great experience!

The staff was very professional and very attentive, the building was very well maintained and very clean. The service was on point. It was a pleasure to stay here. The surrounding areas were fantastic with lots of food options. Great walking distance to museums, and parks. If I ever go back to the area, I would definitely stay again.

Very clean, nice apartment. The front desk personnel were very friendly and attentive. Good WiFi connection; no issues. It was considerably quiet considering its location. I will definitely stay again here. Many restaurants nearby to choose and a 6-min to a Walmart. It is an active night area to enjoy a meal or stroll, and I felt safe walking at night.

Perfect area to stay, very safe, clean, and neighborhood feel. There are more than plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The Main Street is half a block away. Customer service was fabulous. Rooms are clean and super spacious. Quiet. They have all the amenities including a washer which was nice. Just 2 things to mindful of, the dryer did take longer than I expected and on Sundays they close Masaryk until about 1:00 pm. So if your flight is on Sunday and need to leave before then, you need to walk to another street to be picked by a Uber, taxi, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a well located apartment. It is modern and clean property. They paid attention to small details such as welcoming environment with water and coffee supplies in the apartment. Even the utensils were place beautifully in the drawers. I want to buy an apartment just like that one. Everything was great.

Great place for a large group

We booked two suites, one with two bedrooms and the other with one bedroom. Both were modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and well furnished. The staff is very nice and eager to please. The neighborhood is also very nice, great for walking and full of cafes, restaurants and other conveniences. You can also walk to the Museum of Anthropology and other sites in Chapultepec Park. The only drawback was that the staff did not speak English, but they managed that with a Google translator (or something similar). It is possible that depending on the location of the suite it might be noisy on some nights with music from restaurants. But we did not have that problem.
