Nice apartments close to the beach and restaurants

We stayed here while a family member was in Prince of Wales hospital which is just a short drive away. It was nice to just walk down to the beach for dinner to relax. Overall, good value during the week. A little expensive on a Friday.

Good location

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. It was comfortable and a good size and although it's starting to show some wear and tear was generally clean. Staff were generally helpful and prompt with service. Overall an enjoyable place to stay, we would go back and recommend to others.

Disappointing

Location was close to the beach, but other than that property is disappointing. Rooms were smaller than expected, aircons were filthy and made the room smell, pool was very dated and had rubbish everywhere. Saw a cockroach in the pool area and my kitchen. Also booked through hotels.com and was supposed to receive a welcome bottle of wine which we didn't receive. Would not recommend.

I left my two big bags at tge hotel before I checked in. Reception manned during day. Efficient check in Woolies supermarket opposite to buy food. Provide washing up liquid and cleaning and drying cloths. Microwave and coffee machine easy to use

The staff were so welcoming and kind. I came in late due to having to urgently change hotels and they waited for me to arrive. Always were able to help when asked any questions. Took the time greet me every time I came through lobby. Absolutely amazing!

Hotel had maintenance work being carried out above our room. We checked in at 3:30 (check in time is 3) and were told they were fully booked - felt like we got the worst view (ie a brick wall on the ground floor) and had thumping and banging above us from 7:30am! We have stayed here previously and had great views and spacious rooms. Disappointed this time as it was mid week and no major concerts on etc so who knows!!!
