This hotel is beautiful, we absolutely loved it and the stunning views of the beach are amazing, the staff is great and friendly as well, there is a convenience store at hotel and 3 restaurants but if you want to go shopping or to other restaurants you will need transportation, I recommend the bus it’s like a five min walk and cost 12 pesos per person, under $1, don’t worry there are many tourists one the bus

We only stayed here one night, but we enjoyed the access to the beach and the lovely view from our room. The room is dated, but it was clean. There was dining as well, and although it was over-priced for what was provided, it was convenient.

Good value for money - great hotel and restaurant staff- only here for a 1 night stopover enroute to Europe after spending 3 weeks throughout Mexico . Suited us well - only complaint not of hotel doing is the ridiculously high taxi fare from the airport to the hotel -20 minutes drive US$ 85 —- turns me off coming to this city to spend any money

Friendly and fast check in, and what a room!! I booked the 1 bedroom suite to stay overnight with my mom. She took the bedroom and I took one of the two single Murphy beds in the living room, and enjoyed cooking a nice dinner and watching both full moonrise and sunrise the next morning over the ocean! Great views, well equipped, beautiful pool, and daily programming for guests. The price for the view is one of the best in Cancun.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas are impeccably clean. There is not much to do on-site. Guests, however, have access to two nearby resorts that offer more activities and restaurant options. It's not luxurious. This is an older yet well-maintained resort. If you are looking for a quiet and low-key stay, the Royal Islander would be a good choice,
