We booked this hotel for a family holiday through Expedia, however when we arrived the booking had been cancelled, Expedia were unable to sort the problem despite having our money for the 7 months previous.

Le personnel à la réception très gentil et accueillant par contre les femmes de ménages ne sont pas aimables du tout voir agressives parfois. J’ai été mis à la porte par les femmes de ménages le jour de mon départ et j’ai dû sortir mes bagages dans le couloir le temps de mon départ c’est la première fois que ce genre d’incident m’arrive . C’est décevant!!! Par contre la piscine au top

Le personnel à la réception est très accueillant. La piscine est super. Par contre les femmes de ménages ne sont pas aimables du tout , elles nous ont mis à la porte le jour du départ sans rien vouloir savoir on a du vider la chambre et poser nos valises dans le hall

Nice location and comfortable stay

The general look and feel was not very rich but apartments were clean and comfortable. All was good except that parking was an issue. Though we were able to find parking all 5 days within 200 m. Also the slides in swimming pool were restricted from 4-7 PM. We like the place and recommend to others.

Good property for the money paid. Close to the beach and paloma Park. Select staff were very helpful. The complex could benefit, from better amenities within the complex ie a bar, small shop, and clothes washing facilities. Future booking should include, optional booking of the gym facilities.

Good stay

Excellent weather, room had everything we needed. No sea view from our balcony (wasn't an option to my knowledge though). Despite it being end of oct, still plenty bars and restaurants around the hotel open.

Had a lovely stay, apartments had everything you need with a good size balcony. Only downside was youd to pay to use the sunbeds at the pool & chickens & roosters were freely roaming the pool area. Would stay again tho for a short visit
