The hotel is very nice and you can see Frankfurt from the top as the rooms start from the 23 floor staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a taxi line in front of the hotel location is great all the main restaurants and clothing brands are around the hotel

This hotel was so much fun. Being at the top of the tower, there seem to be incredible views no matter which room you get. The staff was so friendly, making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we need.

Hotel location in a high rise building in the center Frankfurt offers a birds eye view of the city. Rooms have full amenities of an apartment residence. A comfortable home away from home in Frankfurt with friendly, attentive, professional staff.

Located on the 29th floor which required us to stop at the 22 and then call for another elevator every time. Small apartment layout with kitchenette but without any utensils to use the appliances. Overall a good, clean and central location. Just those minor details that could make the experience much better

The shower in the bedroom was really weird. The lifts failed so we had to use stairs one day, but they were really filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for weeks. We stayed on the 28th floor but still had a lot of banging noises above us. Location good, staff friendly, large room, but wouldn't book again.

Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer (The Townhouse) für 2 Nächte gebucht. Bei der Ankuft bekamen wir ein Upgrade, da das Zimmer scheinbar nichtmehr verfügbar war. Das Uprage empfanden wir nicht wirklich als Upgrade, eher als Alternative, da wir das gebuchte Zimmer optisch doch als schöner empfunden haben. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig, einige Ecken und Ablagen hatten doch schon deutliche Spuren von Dreck und Staub, der Rest war in Ordnung. Alles im allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, das Frühstück war lecker, leider bekamen wir nicht das Zimmer was wir gebucht hatten. Empfehlenswert, auch wenn der Preis etwas teurer ist.

Positiv: -Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang, unkomplizierter Check in -Praktische Tiefgarage -Gutes Sicherheitsgefühl - Unschlagbar tolle Badewanne mit Blick auf die Skyline -Große Suite (Townshouse) -Gratis Plünderung der Minibar -Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse, für jeden etwas dabei! -Nette Umgebung, zentral -Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher Negativ: -Keine Privatsphäre beim Toilettengang! -Keine Belüftung des "Badezimmers" (welches komplett nur aus Milchglasscheiben besteht) - Mobiliar wirkt in die Jahre gekommen -Nur 1 Steckdose am Bett -Fenster ließ sich öffnen?! (28 Stock) -Leider hatte ich tatsächlich Höhenangst im Zimmer, aber dafür kann natürlich niemand etwas.
