Great place

Good size room, great location as easy walking distance to a number of sights plus restaurants . Nice rooftop pool and very well equipped gym. Easy check in. Very clean.

So the place is a little run down and could use some point and definitely some more and better furniture in the rooms. On the plus sides: location close to Avenida Paulista, restaurants, shopping etc. Try to get an upper floor if the traffic noise bothers you. Great to have a two-room suite for a family of four, plus a tiny kitchen and table with four chairs but needed a better/bigger couch for living area, maybe a couple more chairs. Great breakfast, friendly service, secure Negative: needs an update of paint and trim. Would definitely stay again. Location is fantastic!

It is well located and close to Paulista avenue. The breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious. However the building is very old and noise is everywhere as it’s not insulated at all. This is not a normal hotel as many people live there as they work in the city. The units are studio style. The building has construction work underway and you can’t take any rest. I walked downstairs and I complained couple of times to the receptionist that I paid a good price for my stay while I had other choices to book and I can’t even rest! She said she will find another room then she called me after 2 minutes saying there is no other room available but she will refund one night out of my 3 booked nights there to show courtesy!!! I haven’t received anything … The staff seems to be are very unhappy from their job and no one is trying to help out!

Excelente!

Tudo impecável. Pertinho da Av. Paulista, silencioso, um flat com talheres, micro-ondas, geladeira, tv. Ótimo guarda-roupas. Só a cama de casal, um pouco pequena e o colchão deveria ser trocado pois está levemente afundado ao meio. O Café da manhã, abundante e com muita variedade. Tem estacionamento amplo. Recomendo !

O quarto era limpo e bem arejado. Tinha pia, micro-ondas e frigobar. Gostamos do restaurante que fica no Hotel, pedimos algumas refeições nele (almoço e janta) e eram bom custo/benefício. Outro ponto positivo é a localização, a três quadras da Avenida Paulista, bem perto do MASP e da Estação de metro

Gostamos bastante da nossa estadia. Fomos muito bem tratados por todos os funcionários. Quarto limpo e arrumado, assim como todo hotel. Café da manhã maravilhoso, muito bem organizado e com bastante variedade. A área da piscina é uma delícia.

Localizacao, checkin, e café são os pontos fortes!

A localização do hotel é boa, há dois quarteirões da Paulista, há bares (Boa Praça e Savana), restaurantes e um Mac próximos. Só não é melhor pq pro outro sentido, que fica a Oscar Freire, é um ladeirao (do hotel pra Oscar Freire é descida, mas a volta é uma subida longa e íngreme). Outro ponto que eu acho que vale a pena citar é o seguinte: Sao Paulo tá com mto flat onde nao há uma flexibilidade de horário pra check in. Nesses flats nao há propriamente uma recepção e é tudo feito digital, o check in é só as 15h e nao libera antes. Entao pra quem pega um voo mto cedo, como foi o meu caso, é interessante pegar um hotel onde há a possibilidade de fazer o check in antecipado. Esse foi um dos motivos que me fez escolher o Central Park e a minha escolha deu certo, cheguei no hotel por volta de 11h da manha e já fui acomodado, ponto mto positivo pro hotel. A piscina é no terraço e a água é morna, lugar bom pra relaxar. O café da manha é mto bom, servido no restaurante que funciona 24h (de madrugada serve sanduíche e no almoço é no quilo). O apartamento é melhor nas fotos, ao vivo ele possui moveis mais antigos. É mto espaçoso, é um apartamento com quarto, sala e cozinha. Não sei se havia utensílios pra cozinhar pq nao tentei. O Staff do hotel é mto bom, todos cordiais e prontos pra ajudar. Ponto negativo é que é uma região barulhenta, há obras nas proximidades que incomodam.

Falta mesinha de cabeceira, cabeceira da cama muito embaixo do armário. medo de ao me levantar bater a cabeça (não gostei do jeito do quarto), na cozinha tem um pedaço do chão faltando. Apto 122, primeiro andar.

Pouca coisa pra melhorar

Falta no quarto mesinha de cabeceira e abajour, sentimos falta. A torneira da água quente do chuveiro faz um barulho (apito) forte, mas só apertar e ela pára. Ficamos no quarto 222, décimo segundo andar. Restante estava Ok. Boa limpeza e conforto.
