I have stayed with the suites Del Angel on the past and will stay with them again in the future. Check in and check out was very smooth and easy with very polite and smiling desk ladies. The room has more than what I needed but it did give options.

The check in and check out was fast, but it would be an asset if the staff spoke a little more english. The air conditioning was great, the neighborhood seems very safe. But can be noisy when the nightlife starts. And the neighboring rooms were very noisy. Which made a few nights difficult to sleep. All in all for a few nights rest, it was very clean and well managed!

The reservation and check-in process was easy. The room was spotless and had a good view with a balcony overlooking the street. Two bottles of water were provided but not replaced for the second night. Everything worked in the kitchenette and there were dishes and silverware provided.

The place feels very worn out and old. The kitchen has no pans and cooking utensils; not even towels or dish soap. The room we were assigned faced the street and was very noisy. You can hear the thumping of the music from several of the bars and restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning. The location was excellent. Close to the Angel and everything was accessible. But I will not stay there again.

I want to give him three stars Cause I asked for 2 extra towels And they would only give us one, that's their policy Hotels go Through?, hundreds of towels every day that need to be washed Policy was upsetting.We needed an extra 2 Towle's Poor treatment of a customer That was there a 8 days
