En general, tuve una experiencia agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo una calle del Ángel de la Independencia, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad y disfrutar de los alrededores. Además, el acceso es muy conveniente, tanto para caminar como para usar transporte. El personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y asegurarse de que la estancia fuera cómoda. Sin duda, el servicio fue uno de los puntos más destacables. El único detalle a mejorar es que las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento. Aunque son funcionales, se nota el desgaste en algunos aspectos, lo que podría mejorar la experiencia general del huésped. En resumen, es una buena opción si buscas ubicación privilegiada y buen servicio, con el área de oportunidad de mejorar el estado de las habitaciones.

En general estuvo bien la estancia, solo por el ruido qué generaron algunos huéspedes y no dejaron dormir. Pero las instalaciones y el personal del hotel tuvieron una atención excelente con nosotros.
