Lovely 2 night stay

I had a really lovely stay at the Hyde Park apartments. I stayed 2 nights and would happily stay again. The room was a really good size, bright and airy, had lots of amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well appointed and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The floor could have done with a bit more of a thorough sweep but that would be the only very minor piece of feedback.

Excellent location

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a kettle and microwave . Excellent location, However the walls were thin and I was disturbed at night and at 4 in the morning by music.

Great location

Good value for money for a property in a great area. Close to Paddington Station and other Underground stations, next to Hyde Park and endless establishments for food and drink. The only downside in apartment 1 is that the double bed is actually only two single mattresses pushed together. Nice firm mattress otherwise.

Nice stay, good location

A good location, nearest tube 2 mins walk. Close to Hyde park and with a few bars and restaurants nearby. The room was small but comfortable with good facilities. The only drawback is there are no lifts. Carrying luggage up several flights of steps to the loft area is oxygen depleting!

Waiting outside for 15 min so someone can open a door for us, apart from that it was ok, shower pressure could be better and water warmer.

Overall, it is a great place for a short stay. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is clean, in a great location that is close to public transportation and in between Oxford street, Hyde park and paddington station. I am giving it a 4 star out of 5 due to communication, I wish they told me in advance that the room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, I also messaged them before I arrived asking if they offer early checkin but I haven’t heard back from them till date.

Better than i expected

Much better than I expected. I travelled on a budget with 2 children and really was pleasantly surprised. Compact and completely sufficient. Not the most comfortable bed but ample for what we needed. I would definitely stay again

Front desk staff was always friendly and helped carry our suitcaaes to our floor. The first room we saw was on main level but wanted something higher for we could leave window open and they kindly allowed us to move. Beautiful area and only a two minute walk to Hyde Park.

Family stay

The location was great, and the bedroom was comfortable, much appreciated aircon unit (it was extremely hot in the apartment for February), good price due to Tesco vouchers, but I wouldn't stay here again. The "deluxe apartment" was very small, bedroom was fine, but living room was tiny, we were not in it much so not a huge deal but not very deluxe. It was on the top floor, no lift and around 6 sets of stairs up, so hard going after a long day in London. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, maybe ok for young children but too small and uncomfortable for ours.

Solid option for a solo traveler who is planning on being out and about. The bed was comfortable. Not too soft, not too firm. A couple of complains are, the heater is not very strong. It wasn’t cold when I stayed there, but I feel like it would be inadequate on a cold night because the window does let in a little air through the cracks. Also the toilet paper was like fast food napkins, so I had to bring my own.

Rubbish it said kitchenette the cooker didn't work there was 1 fork no teaspoons no cooking pans at all no plates just completely false advertising!! Not impressed

Good for the price

Very good. More than I expected for the price. Shower was on the small side but they have a seat so was manageable. Was very hot so given it was a hot day they should invested in better fans or air con units but was only one night so I could cope.

The location was brilliant to the tube station and where we needed to be. But the apartment is very small, bathroom was tiny. Some smells, extremely noisy. Outside and inside. I wouldn’t stay again. Ideally suitable for one person not two. Thank you.

Bon emplacement mais plutôt spartiate…

L’hôtel est tres bien placé et le personnel était sympathique, en dehors de cela pas grand chose de positif… Un canapé lit plutôt 1,5 place que 2 avec des lattes pas fixées, une douche anémique d’où l’eau s’arrêtait régulièrement complètement de couler, une kitchenette qui sans équipement de cuisine ni table dans la suite était plus décorative qu’autre chose… Les chambres sont sans doute très différentes les une des autres mais la nôtre au 4ème étage (la montée est plutôt rude) n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et ne ressemblait pas vraiment aux photos des chambres que l’on peut voir sur le site…

Sejour 2 nuits

Sejour en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 5 ans) Nous avons passe deux nuits dans cet hotel. Points positifs: - juste en face de hyde parc, ce parc est magnifique. -Petits commerces a proximite - metro a 2 minutes Points negatifs: - dommage qu'il soit interdit d'utiliser la cuisine (aucune casseroles, nous avons demandé et l'équipe nous a dit qu'il est interdit de cuisiner en dehors du micro onde), seulement 3 fourchettes, 3 verres. Pour 4 cest un peu juste. Les assiettes sont ebrechees. -mauvaise isolation donc assez bruyant et odeurs nauseabondes venant de l'extérieur qui s'introduit dans la chambre. - literie moyenne - impossible de se lacer les cheveux car un filet d'eau dans la douche..
