Great stay!

It has been very pleasant so far. However, the hotel happen to face a little problem with the internet server and is was rectified only after 2 days. Since we paid our internet wifi connection daily/weekly or monthly, I think we should be reimbursed the 2 days back. This is because, the fee that we have to pay is not cheap. However, albeit the issue that i have raised, the hotel is great both for business and leisure. Definitely will recommend it!!

Appartments with easy mobility

This hotel offers not rooms, but appartments. They are all quite big, and come with small kitchen, laundry, livingroom, ... Everything small, but confortable and well furnitured and equiped. The frontdesk was quite nice to let us checkin earlier out of cost! Very bad thing: The hotel only have 2 No Smokers floors! All the other are Smokers rooms... First room we got was smeeling smok like a h... They tried to spray something, but no chance for a no smoker tomstay ther. Even if no No Smoker rooms was available (as per my reservation), the staff was able to find a very good big appartment for me, that was on a smokers floor, but no smoke smell at all. The easy access to the Metro is incredible. It is on the middle of the city. Considering Dubai, it is not that far from any city corner by Metro... That is for sure the best way to move arround, sometimes combined with cab. We didn't try the breakefast... Internet on the lobby is fast, so we didn't buy it at the room... I would definetly recomend it for a nice stay in Dubai with an affordable price.

Overrated, too basic

I was disappointed as I booked the best room. Upon arrival, I was expecting important amenities such as bedroom sleepers, hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc. I had to request everything. Water, instant coffee and tea were provided but not being replenished daily. Reception people were not so friendly although service was prompt. Location is good but because of construction sites in the surrounding area, it was noisy. I will not stay there again.

Very good quality building, with an emphasis on being ecofriendly. Lovely concierge at the property - the Ugandan, I forgot his name. The breakfast is lacklustre in terms of quality, quantity and options - very limited.

空港からはレッドラインで1時間くらいです。メインの観光地からは離れていますが、駅から近いホテルなので非常に便利でした。（駐車場から入る感じです） こちらの事前確認ミスで、洗濯機がない部屋を予約してしまっていたのですが、チェックイン時にお部屋をアップグレードしていただき、洗濯機ありの広いお部屋になりました。おかげで洗濯をすることができました。 設備的には若干古さを感じる部分もありましたが、問題なく過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんはフレンドリーで親切でした。特に、快適な滞在を手助けしてくれたAngeleneに感謝します。Thank you, Angelene!

All staff very friendly and helpful especially Reuben, Faisal and Kalam who helped me with any questions and obliged with my requests for my room and any general questions and enquiries I had. The hotel is ideally located just a 30 second walk from the Internet City metro station entrance and taxi rank so every where in Dubai is easily accessible and not too far away and finally I took a day out to the Soluna Beach Bar and spa on the Palm which includes transfers from the hotel which I also highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.
