Great location just a short walk to the beach, Zoo, International Mall. Parking is scarce in Waikiki and having a parking space was awesome!

We stayed here for location for a year-end family trip. I would say the property offers a reasonable accommodation option (good for a long-term stay) with decent cleanliness. This property is in an excellent location. We felt very safe and the parking was a great benefit. We had a view to the ocean and the few minute walk to Waikiki was great. Any shopping or dining of any sort was immediate. Would highly recommend and would repeat if we are ever on Oahu again.

We stayed at the Royal Kuhio for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing! In the heart of Waikiki -- walking distance to the beach and all major eating joints and major attractions. We had a corner unit and the view from the balcony was amazing. We could see diamond head. I am sure the view gets even better as you get to the higher floors. We would definitely love to come again!

The condo was very convenient quite and safe despite it being in a busy area. They have good parking and amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

We’ve had a good time, the unit was very nice and clean and the kitchen had all the appliances and dishes we needed. The AC unit was noisy but tolerable. Location is perfect, close to the beach , shopping and restaurants. Oh, did I mention the Parking . It was a game changer. I would recommend to change the curtains in the living room , those had a few stains. All in all , it is a Good place to stay.

Royal Kuhio is centrally located for all your shopping needs and a great selection of restaurants. It's a short walk to Waikiki beach. The condo kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to cook your own meals. The balcony is small but nice to be able to sit outside and take in the sounds of the city below. There's an outdoor pool and deck area with BBQs, on the 7th floor. The unit could use with some furniture updating and bigger TV in the living room, the internet connection was weak and intermittent. Overall I would recommend this property as a great place to stay!
