The cleanliness had much to be improved on. You also have to pay extra for housekeeping. The layout of the hotel was bizarre as well. I think I had to walk through 4 doors from the lift just to get to my room?

Love the location even though it is not in central Amsterdam. It is just 1-2 stop between central Amsterdam and Schiphol airport. Noted the wrong time for flight but still able to catch it due to the hotel's location. Reception was helpful and provide what was needed and room amenities was there. Probably because this is consider apartment style, no cleaning was done during our 3 nights there and trash was pilling up. Cooking ware and kettle wasn't clean enough too. Will be good if they can improve cleanliness by at least changing the trash bags for the bathroom. The bin was ultra small.

Ideal location as a base to explore Amsterdam. Nearby bus 309 for Old Holland tour or Bus 22/19 to head into Central. Nearby NS train to shopping at Harleem, windmill visit at Zaandam, and to any part of Netherlands. Entrance just across another hotel entrance on the same building. Do not walk 1 round the building just like me. Main disappointments: 1. There was no room cleaning during our 5 day stay, ending up using the same towel throughout the stay. 2. Toilet floor is slippery and there should be a floor mat provided.

Home away from home

Convenient location. Whilst not walking distance to Amsterdam center, just less than 5mins leisure walk to train station that leads to everywhere. Apartment itself is a great size, clean with a well equipped kitchen. Love the sauna facility. Apartment is also well ventilated. Cleaning service is provided every 4 days and shower items are provided only once. Was provided extra pillows when we feedback that the current pillow was too soft.

The apartment has a nice restaurant where my friend lost his bagpack during breakfast hour. We are very disappointed to the apartment management that they did not meet their promise to write off all our breakfast bill on the incident day. And the counter staff overcharged our bill during check out without proper checking. I hope the apartment will look into this matter and provide better services to the customer.

A Comfortable & Hassle-free Stay

The aparthotel was very welcoming the moment we arrived in the cold winter. Staff was very warm, friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Although housekeeping is only done once a week, the housekeepers came to replace the bath towels everyday. The vicinity is quiet with nothing much around (except a SPAR convenience store), but the train station (3-min walk) and tram stop (5-min walk) are very near. Extremely convenient for those with plenty of luggages. Train to the airport is only a 15-min ride, while to central Amsterdam, it's only about 7 mins. Breakfast at €13 (€11 if you pre-book) in the cosy lobby restaurant is a good option. I would readily recommend this accommodation.

Superb!

Location was abit far off from the city centre, and the train ticket is expensive even though it's just a single stop away (but not in the city, more like a residential area?). Staff were fantastic and helpful, showed us how to get to the nearest supermarket which you have to take a bus to =l. The room itself was really comfortable and nice, managed to do our own cooking and saved some money :) Great view from the apartment room and super comfy bed as well! Thumbs up overall!

Pænt og rent hotel med god beliggenhed i forhold til transport ind til centrum. Dejligt med to badeværelser og venligt personale i receptionen. Morgenmaden var okay, men det kan bedre betale sig at handle ind og selv sørge for det. Fint med det lille køkken. Sengene var super gode. Og en SPAR lige ved siden af. Alt i alt okay, men havde forventet mere til den pris.

Great spot for a night or two.

Very spacious rooms, modern bar and lounge area. Breakfast options were excellent. The only downside wa sthe power of the shower was a little tame for my liking. Ease of access to the transport links.
