Comfortable, quiet and so close to different public transport options. Very close to the mall, Chinatown, Capitol theatre and Circular Quay. All are walking or public transport away. Staff are friendly and helpful. I did do a bit of floor elevator hoping but its good after someone explains how it works.

Modern and Convenient

Convenient modern hotel in the middle of Sydney. Walking distance to the rocks and the harbour. Enjoyed our time here

Walking distance to almost everything. As a whole a ok place. Depending on what you like, most would most likely give better review, but this was not my kind of place. Road work causes noise. Also you can hear noise from trafic ect. Floors and other surfaces are not cleanded. I wiped the bathroom floor and the were alot on dust and hair (I has not yet used the room). The fridge is more like a minibar. Not the most practical and functional room, if you would like to cook food yourself.

The staff is the best asset. They are very friendly. I like the location. It was easy to come and go. I enjoyed so much my first stay that I came back for another day before departing Australia. Looking forward to come back to Sydney and to stay back at this hotel.

All around great. Was allowed to check in early as we got off from cruise ship. Great room with impeccable sheets and mattress. Room feels luxurious with automated blinds and curtains. Lots of great amenities. Will stay again.

Beautiful furnishings and decor in the room, very comfortable and spacious. Great views of George Street from the full height windows. Cool electric curtains and relaxing lighting. Exceptional experience for a family enjoying Sydney. The two bedroom “aparothotel” was perfect for quiet mornings and dining in, while the hotel restaurant was fine dining at its best. Perfect location for walking to all things Sydney.

Our stay was incredible. I have stayed at a few more expensive hotels in the area recently and they do not compare at all to this. The service was great, the hotel is lovely, the location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. Food was great. Highly recommend, we will be back.

You need better service for luggage pick up and drop off for guests due to road works that are unavoidable I know but maybe offer a better option as with 2 kids we had to lug heavy bags from hotel to the Wilson’s car park. Maybe offer a perk or discount for this inconvenience?
