Stayed here for a week. Location is fantastic. The room is well designed and well presented facilities with good service from staff. Now to the not so great part: 1.On at least one occasion cleaner didn’t empty rubbish or scrub toilet when freshening room. 2. Electronic control panel for blinds, aircon, lights malfunctioned for 12+ hours before being fixed. Speakers in room started beeping at 3am. Called to reception to fix it but no one answered. 3. Street noise on low floors from George Street. Poor window sound proofing: can hear traffic light beeping and music playing from bars.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The double bed room is big. However, housekeeping can be improved. The staff forgot to clean our room after the 1st night and did not top-up amenities after the 2nd last night. Probably due to the lack of staff.

The property is very modern and the apartment was very well equipped. It has a very calming feel inside and, although at times there was construction work going on outside, it still managed to retain that calmness. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good sized balcony to sit out on. The location is good with the Sydney Opera House within walkable distance or a short tram ride away. We had an enjoyable stay.

I couldn't figure out how to get my washing out of the machine. I couldn't figure out how to close the electronic blinds. The lift was hard to use as well. It was like Star Trek with no manual. Not for you, if you have autism. So hard. Dishwasher also impossible to understand. Insane hi tech.

You need better service for luggage pick up and drop off for guests due to road works that are unavoidable I know but maybe offer a better option as with 2 kids we had to lug heavy bags from hotel to the Wilson’s car park. Maybe offer a perk or discount for this inconvenience?
