Location was great. Spacious unit in good condition. Good layout of rooms. Need ceramic coated or cast iron frying pans instead of the scratched non stck pans.

It did noy say in the listing it was up stairs. I had my mim who is recovering from a broken knee. It was just me , my daughter, grandbabies, mom and sister. After arriving I tried contacting someone to see if they could move us downstairs. After numerous attempts we decided to try to gwt up the stairs. Then the next morning we woke up to snow, then we was concerned about getting mom back down the stairs so we left out by 10:00 am. I continued trying to contact the owner, left messages, emails and still couldn't get them. Finally Tuesday I called and I spoke with Lily, explained the situation, she said expressed how sorry she was and wanted to make it right. She said call expedia qnd start the process and she would give me a refund. That is what I done, and then she tells tgem that is what she said but she now had aaid ahe couldn't. She is the the one who could do it so I'm upset she lied. It was even in a recorded line and expedia told her that but I guessbthey don't care.

Updates needed

The condo was a beautiful condo but needs some amenities updated. The fireplace did not work neither did the jets in the whirlpool tub. Also the steamer in the shower did not work and the toaster in the kitchen was toast. Other than that it’s a really nice place to stay.

This is not my first time staying at this property and though we had some issues the first day with the heat, its hard to be upset with the property itself when the group they were paying for after hours assistance didnt do their job. The condo is clean, in a good area and when they realized i was having an issue, they were quick to resolve and apologize. Im sure i will stay again there with my family again!

The property was in a good location. It was set back and out of the way with plenty of parking. The property was in need of some maintenance. The fireplace was not in working order as well as the jetted tub. The only towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall so it was useless. There was a lot of dust on all the fixtures. The kitchen was stocked with the bare minimum. But overall, not a bad place to stay.

Communication was very poor . We got to the property and still hadn't received any info on the building or code.. Once there we realized it was not Adam accessible .when I reached out was basically told there was nothing that could be done and they kept the entries stay cost even tho we didn't step foot into the place. It was up a steep hill and not well labeled where to go. There was also trash outside the buildings we drove up to. Will never use this place and will not recommend anyone else to either

Stayed here with family for thanksgiving and this place was perfect!! The location was perfect since it was close to everything Pigeon Forge had to offer and not a far drive to Gatlinburg. The place was comfortable and incredibly clean, would definitely stay here again!

Best vacation

The stay at the condo was one of the most relaxing trips ive been able to have in a while. The scenery off the balcony alone is so beautiful and gives you an overlook over the pool. The place itself is very spacious and is able to provide a nice relaxing vibe with its simplicity. Overall the only "complaint" is that we didnt come in the summertime.

beautiful views, seamless check-in

very easy, seamless check in (or lack of), code is sent to you the day before so there’s no check in process or back and forth. the view is beautiful, the area is nice & quiet. the place was clean, the wifi was good, the building was mostly quiet (only complaint would be that the footsteps of the people staying above us were very loud but thats typical in a condo-like environment). Its very quick drive to Dollywood (~10 mins, never encountered any traffic) & even closer to Dolly’s Stampede. It’s not right in the middle of all the exciting Pigeon Forge activities but its not a far drive to get there! i would definitely recommend this place to others!
