Great place to stay

Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is spacious. Washing machine n dryer included in the room. Location is great. Easy access to eateries. There are many P60 car parking lots in front of the hotel. No issue on car parking as long as you start your day before 9:30am

Good location , convenient

It was roadside parking as Quest do not allow hotel guests to use their car park. Roadside is free after 5 pm to next day 9.30 am after which we have to move our car. Location is right in town , convenient for duck tours, and walking distance to some of the places of interest

Excellent stay

Room and shower room are extremely spacious. The whole room is very clean. The apartment is right in the middle of the city, very convenient to locations such as Eat Streat and Lake Rotorua.

Central location near to shops and restaurants

Very helpful and polite staff. We were told not to use the bubble jet in the hot tub after 10.30 pm as the noise may disturb others, which I obliged and cut short my jacuzzi relaxation time. However, the room next to mine started using the bubble jet way past 11 pm. Can the hotel Ensure that guests do abide by the rules ?

Good location in Rotorua city centre while very close to the shopping centre area. Very functional corner room with convenient cooking and washing facilities. Fabulous hotel with great service and location.

Hotel staff were very friendly and thorough. We even got led to our room and briefed on the facilities. Location within the business district was great with everything within walking distance. Room was clean and luxurious almost. Great place to stay.

We were on our honeymoon, and pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel had given us a free room upgrade along with some decoration in the room (folded love swans) to welcome us. It was a nice gesture. Paul, the counter receptionist who attended to us when we arrived, was very friendly. Overall, a wonderful stay minus the faulty lift which means we have to climb the stairs over the 2 days which we stayed.

Great room with warm service

Our stay at Quest Rotorua was a splendid one. The location of the hotel made it convenient for us to go to restaurants and other eateries around that area. Our room was spacious and well furnished.Our bed was very comfortable and the hotel had a great selection of movies for guests to watch. Service rendered by the staff,Sophia was great. She was warm and friendly and helped us feel at home. Thank you Quest Rotorua !

Excellent Service

Excellent service at Quest Rotorua Central! We just checked into the room when the power tripped. Dennis from the front desk came to our room within 5 minutes of our call to try to fix the problem. Once he realized that the problem could not be fixed without an electrician, he immediately arranged for a room change and guess what, he upgraded us to a junior suite because of the inconvenience caused. Will definitely recommend Quest Rotorua Central!

Excellent hotel in central Rotorua

This hotel/apartment is well located in central Rotorua. Shopping and dining areas are within walking distance. The I-Site office where tours start and attractions such as the government garden and Polynesian Spa are also nearby. The room is spacious with ample space for a cooking area too. The staff are also very obliging and helpful.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect (walking distance to some local attractions and plenty of restaurants). The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Would highly recommend! Staff at the front desk were really helpful too.

Great stay

Great stay. Had everything we needed. Good central location. Easy street parking, free before 9am and after 4pm right in front of building. Free all day 2 blocks away. Kitchen was great, bed was nice. Could not ask for anything else.

Lovely, comfortable, modern apartment. Great location as well. Garrie at reception was very polite, professional, and friendly. Room service needs improvement - the bathroom was very dusty and not cleaned well despite the daily service.

Property was nice and the staff were friendly, marred only by the strong sulphurous odour in the property. We have been to Rotorua before without any issue, but this time the sulphurous smell in the town, and the accommodation, was ever-present. The odour was nauseating, and after a bad night’s sleep we decided to cut short our visit. The staff empathised, agreeing the odour was quite strong, but stated that policy was not to refund the nights we decided not to stay, perhaps understandably as it was our decision to leave.
