Very good location for a small “apartment style” hotel. Near to restaurants and shops, but a bit away from the lake, so more affordable and quiet. The property was a bit dated, but I found it very comfortable, slept well, and the staff were very friendly.

Huge thanks to Residence Diaz for allowing us to check in almost 2.5hrs early. It was a huge help to our large family. The rooms were clean, air conditioning was great, and overall in a fantastic location. We would stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Only situation that occured was that the air conditioning in one of our few apartmdnts that we rented didn't work. However, the weather was so beautiful we just kept the windows open. Getting to the 2d floor means 6 flights of stairs. Coming in after dark (8pm), only the 1st flight had an action-motivated light - I had to negotiate the other 5 flights in total darkness. Thank God I had cell phone power to light my way.

Loved this place! I stayed here as a solo traveller for four nights over easter weekend and it was perfect. Super close to tons of dining options, a grocery store about a block away and a kitchen where I could store fresh fruit and things as needed. It was about a 10 min walk to the ferry station to access the rest of the lake, and about 15 mins to the train station. Bed was comfy, and I stayed in room 10 so I had skylights i could open to breathe in fresh air. Everything was clean and worked well, I definitely reccomend. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, would definitely stay again!

AC worked, but room was kind of hot. We were on the first floor, so it would get pretty loud at night. We woke up a few times in the middle of the night due to noise of motorcycles or people.
