It was an ok stay. Called maintenance twice for a broken toilet upon checkin. They never managed to fix it despite thinking so. Resorted to using the main floor washroom only

Perfect getaway weekend in snow country!

Perfect for a long weekend ski getaway. It was just the 2 of us, so the mini kitchen was suitable for us to have breakfast in the morning before heading up the mountain. Also great to keep snacks and refreshments. If you had brought food to reheat it would also work and enough space to have a baby in as well. We had a room that was right by the outdoor hot tub, which we LOVED! Easy access to crosscountry ski and snowshoeing trails and a quick 5 min drive to the base of the mountain. Also easy to access restaurants in the Old Village, which we preferred for dinner. Only downside is that there was no food outlet on-site, which we would have appreciated a small cafe for morning lattes

It is not made clear on the Hilton Grand Vacation Mont-Tremblant website that the hotel does not have any food service, a real drawback when the only restaurants or groceries are not within walking distance, you would need to take your car and pay to park. Shuttle stops at 5pm in September. We were visiting for one night only, the hotel was not able to check us in until after 4pm, and despite the Expedia booking indicated 11:00am checkout, we were told that was for owners only, other guests checkout was 10:00am. The front guest team was lovely in any case, and the outdoor landscaping and amenities are super.

An Excellent Place to Stay

The property was very clean and the staff were super nice. We reached at 10AM even though the check-in was at 4. The staff allowed us to park our vehicle and use the shuttle to go to the festival in the town. They even offered us towels to enjoy the pool but were strict about the check in time. We really appreciated that. Our condo was really clean and nice. It felt like we were at home. We had two rooms with a King bed in one and two twins beds and two bathrooms. It was pure luxury. The only thing that we didn't realize was that we had to carry our luggage up which was tiring. No elevators. They even had tennis courts but we didn't have tennis shoes so couldn't use it. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a few days. I would highly recommend this place for families.
