Best location ever! With mimsie cafe for brunch and Bella Italian for dinner. Crumbled and naked and Moom Asian for take outs. Beach and rock pools across the road. Even a private exit straight to coles that closes at 9pm. The room was also well kept. We stayed in a one bedroom and the jacuzzi had a glass window to the kitchen to watch the kids. All in all a good stay. Would highly recommend.

Great location, however

Excellent location in central Mooloolaba , nice and clean with great ocean views from the Seaview side, unfortunately the property is located on a corner near a set of lights at the bottom of a hill so there can be quite a bit of loud traffic noise at times. Also our apartment and others we know about in the building have the shower located in the middle of the Spa Bath which can be quite hard to step over for people with mobility difficulties.

We stayed 3 nights over new years and were impressed with proximity to everything, you are right next door to Coles but on the main strip. We didn’t even use our car! Great atmosphere for new years but were disappointed with the councils new rule for no midnight fireworks. Great unit apartment highly recommend to anyone looking for great place to stay in the heart of Sunny coast.

The room was really cold with the air con on and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. There was poor lighting, in the bathroom and bedroom, it was too soft. The verandahs are tiny as well. The position of the resort is great, close to all the shops, restaurants and very close to the beach. The western side of the building is on Venning Street which is very busy and noisy. I’d give this place a 4 star rating.
